Catering a bit limited, bar snacks only available 12 to 4.30. No water in fridge on arrival. Many residents not showering before using the small pool. Lack of storage in premium room. Felt that some staff were a bit unfriendly

Just a friendly advice - the rooftop pool is great, it's special especially because it's so relaxing, there's no value added in having beach club music starting at noon, on the contrary, the hotel should promote it as an oasis of calm

Car parking. The car park was full when we arrived around 10pm. The receptionist had a map to show us where the streets with free parking were and we eventually found something. I'd have been grateful to pay in advance for the hotel car park as being August, the streets were full.

Location was superb for walks into the old town, restaurants, waterfront and market. The roof top pool was a huge bonus as it was very hot during our stay. We also managed to get a late glass of wine there. Breakfast was great (proper fresh squeezed orange juice, decent eggs). We also had a fridge in our room. Staff couldn't have been kinder. We were given the option of a free drink instead of a room tidy for our two night stay which made sense to us, given we weren't unpacking, and didn't really need our room cleaned for the one day we were there.

The pool area isn't particularly big but even with us going mid August we didn't have to wait too long to get a sunbed and you can just wait in the roof top bar area. The pool area itself was amazing though and nothing else was bad

The Hotel was really lovely and modern. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff were always lovely and happy to help. Its a 5/10 minute walk to the marina and markets in the centre where you can also easily get a ferry across to the islands

Lack of parking - just 4 bays and finding a parking on the street is almost impossible.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful - our check in, and check out (which they booked an airport taxi for us) went so smoothly. We were also so touched that they wrote a birthday note after seeing the birth date on our passport! Amazing facilities, very clean room.

Nothing really, if I had to say something, breakfast was quite good but coffee from the machine was bad, and rooftop bar food was very limited. The rooftop bar staff are polite and very efficient, but some could be friendlier, a smile now and then wouldn't go astray.

The decor was lovely, white and cream, slightly minimalist but with warmth. The whole hitel was spotless.The roof top bar was lovely with great cocktails. Location was excellent. Staff at reception and in breakfast area were very pleasant. Bedroom was very well appointed and bed very comfortable. . Shower was amazing.

The placement of the shower bar was inconvenient. I kept bumping the faucet handle as I tried to use the shower. Also the placement of hand towels on top of bath towel was inconvenient when attempting to access bath towel.

What a delightful hotel on the nicest street in town. Convenient to waterfront and to train station. The staff was lovely; very helpful. The breakfast was good and the rooftop bar was a nice place to enjoy the sunset. I thought the wooden floor in the shower was a nice touch. Staff gave very helpful restaurant suggestions.

Room was a little small

Very central location. Very helpful staff. The pool and roof top bar are an ideal place to unwind and relax. Hotel is in ideal location with shops and many restaurants within walking distance. Staff are very helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. I would definitely recommend and return in the future.
