The rooms are a little dated, could do with a fresh coat of paint inside and out.

Great selection of food hot and cold for breakfast. Great location In terms of the beach and train station to get into Lisbon, no need for hired car.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly, kind and helpful from the breakfast and bar team to housekeeping. That was the best (: I don’t use to make comments but I believe their job and effort should be mentioned and appreciated. Thank you, obrigada!

AC wasn't work properly as it should work so decided not to use it. Door locks with key like old fashioned.

No kettle, we stayed 7 days and they only replenished toiletries twice they stopped replacing toiletries on our last 2 days. Hand towel not replaced on our last night of stay. Bottled water only supplied on our day of arrival.

Somewhat out dated, no parking space for the car on the hotel lot. No keycard but real key. Turning off the key was challenging at times.

Clean room, good price. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Close to the beach and nice swimming pool.

The room didn't have a fridge, so we couldn't keep water cool, we had to fill the sink with ice to keep a bottle of water cool. There was absolutely no privacy in the shower or toilet as they both had glass doors, and the room was basically open plan. We went to use the pool only to be told it was closed that day for cleaning. We had arrived only 2 days earlier, and we weren't told this, nor were there any signs alerting people that it would be closed. We planned our days out but, would have e planned differently if we was aware of this closure. As such, we weren't able to use the pool for our stay.

Stayed in the suite with hot tub and terrace. The terrace was lovely, with a beautiful view. The area had a shopping centre and restaurants close by. The beach is very close by and lovely.

Room exterior door handle loose, hairdryer didn’t work. Swimming pool not open. No tea or coffee facilities but that’s not unusual in European hotels.

Bar was not open apart from on one specific day, what is the point of having it.

It was a bit run down with some areas in need of a coat of paint but very clean. I paid over 100 euros a night for a very basic room that overlooked the car park and a pile of rubbish. I asked to change and was immediately given a new room with a seaview. So the staff were very good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant was lovely with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and beach.

After reading some other reviews, we were were expecting a less-than-pleasant stay. (We chose the hotel fairly last minute because of its location.) We were very pleasantly surprised. The room, though on the small side, was immaculate and serviced daily; the staff were pleasant and friendly. The breakfast provided a great choice - from bacon, eggs, sausages to croissants, pastries, ham, eggs cereal, crepes, yogurt, fruit etc. It was great to eat breakfast overlooking the sea at a window table. Is there room for improvement? Simple things like tea/coffee facilities in the room plus a mini fridge would be appreciated. (There was a cupboard built for a mini fridge but it was empty). It seems a shame that the hotel doesn't use the large breakfast room to provide an evening restaurant for guests (though there are plenty of restaurants nearby) Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

We don't know why, but almost all the staff were not happy. This was at breakfast, the bar and reception The façade of the hotel is very tatty and all over the hotel there needs to be refurbished, There were chips on the corners of corridor wall, chunks taken out of the wood in the lift and the bedroom was well used. (A small investment could greatly improve the hotel) This hotel hasn't any USB sockets in the bedroom or in the public area.

The room was great with a balcony and sea view, which helped that holiday feeling. The breakfast was limited but fine and the views from the 8th floor restaurant where spectacular. There is a nice pool and the deep end is deep with a diving board. Also, the hotel has beach towels. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the train into Lisbon centre, There is a good selection of restaurants at the back of the hotel and the nice long beach is a short walk.
