I was very positively surprised by this hotel. You can immediately tell it’s well managed, with great attention to detail in every aspect of service. The staff took care of us in such a genuine way that I truly felt at home. What stood out to me was that all the amenities advertised were not only fully functional, but also of excellent quality. The spa and massage center are on par with a dedicated wellness center—spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The professional hair salon I tried was also very good, and it’s rare to see this level of service inside a hotel. What amazed me most, though, was the richness of the recreation and entertainment program. From early morning onwards, there was always something happening. I especially enjoyed the daily musical entertainment, which added so much to the relaxed, vacation mood. Overall, this is a hotel that truly delivers on everything it promises and more. Thank you for making my stay such a memorable and enjoyable one.

PortugalThe only thing I would mention is the showers, which seemed a bit old and worn, probably with some limescale buildup. Also, the gym could have been better equipped. For example, having a cable machine would make a big difference—it felt a bit poorly equipped.
Pools in general: outdoor pools, the infinity pool, the indoor pool, the spa, the friendliness of the staff, the dining areas, and also the overall calmness of the place itself.

NetherlandsThere should be a secure pedestrian side entrance to Rua 25 de Abril. Without this it makes the hotel difficult to reach on foot, from the town centre of Olhos de Agua. In our opinion this extra entrance is a “must have”.

At one moment, waiter felt guilty they delayed a lot our food and they offered courtesy drink, funny fact is that it was on the bill and we paid fot it😂 Something else is that we asked a glass of white whine and we received the worst wine I ever had, couldn’t drink it - Segredos Sao Miguel, terrible(and I’m not very demanding l) Writing down all these just to give hotel the posibility to improve
