It would have been nice to have a sponge and dish towel for washing up, as we had to buy our own. A few more pans in the kitchen and some extra parasols would also be appreciated. The bathroom is a bit old, but everything worked fine.

It was actually even better than it looked in the photos! Still simple, but everything we needed was there. The little kitchen was great and fully functional, the location was fantastic very quiet and peaceful and there was a lovely view. The staff were also really kind and helpful.

Smell of humidity and mold, especially in the kitchen cabinets and wardrobe. Don't put your clothes in it. Very little and poor kitchen utensils. Frying pan with deformed bottom is not usable. One big blunt knife. Preparing a breakfast was challenging, forget about cooking other meals. A bigger table on the terrace would be nice alternative to eating in the dark smelly kitchen. The furniture generally needs thorough maintenance or replacement

The place itself is a bit old on the inside and could use a refresh, but otherwise our stay was lovely.

Super easy check in, and beautiful house, with a very pleasant pool and yard. The neighborhood is incredibly beautiful, outside of Lagos center but not far from it. It's near a beautiful cliffside boardwalk. A charming cat also resides here and takes good care of the guests

Lack of maintenance: hot water stopped very fast, the key in the bathroom get stuck sometimes, the door of the wall cabinet doesn’t move, the glass door of the room does not easily functionable.

The location is perfect if someone wants to stay near the beach.

The facilities are pretty old, the windows were dirty, the lock on the door seemed very unreliable and difficult to open at first, uncomfortable mattress

Communication with host was not the best, after booking I’ve received a generic email with no clear instructions how to check in; then few hours nothing, eventually a message to provide passport details and again silence. In the end I had to ring and was given a code to the box to get the key. Overall confusing process. Apartment very outdated, as we were staying only for one night it didn’t bother me too much but I wouldn’t fancy staying there longer. There is zero privacy as patio door is just in front of bed and little terrace overlook the main path. You basically have to have curtains down all the time. It is located a good 30min walk from the centre

Not clean overall. The fridge from the outside was with dirts. Did not find any broom in the apartment for daily use. The sink sponge was used many times before (this was very unpleasant). The apartment overall was very run down. The closet doors did not worked, there were huge amount of ants in the kitchen. Little bit smelled like mole in the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen utensils were worn out and not in full equipment. Very few items. The garden table and two garden chairs inside that was not well for inside use. Should be worked on quality of the price is current.

Very good location. Just few minutes walk and you have reached stunning ocean view! Very nice pool outside. The towels were clean, fresh bed cover.

Location was nice but odd and put of the way. You need a car to get to anything. The place is very old and needs updating. Lots of black mold. Also lack of staff on premises makes it very difficult especially check in.

The room is dated and not so clean. the air conditioner was not working; For this reason we slept with the main window open (at the ground floor level).

Kitchen facilities could have been better. All the equipment is quiet old. Still, it was nice to use kitchen frequently. AC controller was not working, and we called about it, then AC made on. This time it was completely open. And, we did not want to have it on all the time, only needed if you stay in the room during noon time.

We stayed with a big group of friends in different rooms, so the villa was our choice. And, it exceeded our expectations about staying together. We had fun time pool side during the day and night. The everyday cleaning was also great.

Generally not enough attention to cleaning. We found some razor hair on the bathroom window. Furthermore we found some dirty kitchen cloths and there was quite a lot of dust around. Generally the property forniture and doors are quite old and need some maintenance. Moreover: -We found various ants in the room and we had to buy our own repellant. -Wifi reception was also poor in our room. -Batteries of the AC and the tv remotes were not working.

The position of the property is very good, close to the beach and to ponta de piedade. The Pool is very nice and the property has a nice garden with a barbecue and private parkings. Furthermore the location is quiet and very relaxing.

Room service was some days excellent, some days almost nothing. Very basic equipment in the flat. A second table for the balcony would be fine. We moved the table indoors and outside several times. Some things should be fixed or updated.

The location is fine. Close to Ponta de Piedade and the many nice views. Very quite.
