Parking was checked as available, which was misleading since there is no parking available, we had to park in a public parking garage which was quite expensive. The hotel was quite old and the bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

The location was very good, the old town was in walkable distance. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

We are very pragmatic, so I can't say really anything bad. It's not luxurious, but it is not expensive either.

Some staff members were not so friendly, a bit dismissive at times, but not too bad. They should provide "do not disturb" signs for the doors to avoid constant knocking on the door in the mornings. If you can't open the door because my key is in, it means don't keep knocking because I am in!

The breakfast included leaves a bit to be desired: there isn’t such a large quantity of dessert, there were only a few savory dishes.

The location is perfect, near Rossio and Figueira. Also the stuff was utterly kind and welcoming.

Location, facilities were weak, hot water was weird (sometimes you got it sometimes you didn’t), balcony was in terrible condition (unsafe railing, dirty with even someone else’s socks left out there), bathroom wouldn’t close the whole way and had no keys to lock, very few clothes hangers, not enough space for 3 persons to unpack their clothes and stuff. Also the cleaning staff cleaned the room selectively, for example twice the just cleaned and tidied up the double bed and didn’t bother with the other one. Also in the bathroom there was no space to even stand your toothbrushes so neither any other products that we’d like in the bathroom.

They offer free breakfast (bread, cheese, ham, toast bread, jam and butter, cereal, milk, coffees, juices etc), it has an elevator, air conditioning worked properly.

I would like to recommend to improve isolation's of room.

It was simple room with necessary things. The hotel has perfect location and good bonus - the breakfast was included in price☺️. You can take hair fan on the reception if you need. One more bonus - you can leave your luggage on the reception without any worries and enjoy your time before check in or after check out. Stuff in the hotel is friendly👍

Great size, easy check in and we liked the 24/7 reception as it was our first European destination from Australia. Beautiful location and close to metro. Couldn’t recommend it more, bread and cereal for breakfast - simple but helped!

The location is super central! The amazing receptionist ( a lady from Brazil) is so so so kind and helped us get a double bed even though we booked a twin by mistake! Nice AC and complementary breakfast. View of the castle of s.jorge:)

The property is super central, you can walk to many touristic places and restaurants. The room is a bit small and the facilities were basic, however, it was comfortable.

It can be a little bit noisy during night hours. Towels were bad, with bad smell and for sure have to be changed.

Location is great - near Alfama, and close to bus, train, and tram stations. Many attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are small but clean, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, so we used it mainly for sleeping. AC was working fine (we were there in the middle of heat waves in Lisbon).

Terrible vinyl covered mattress on bed was hard and noisy every time you rolled over. No mini fridge or tea & coffee making facilities in room or anywhere in hotel.

Breakfast was lack luster. Street noise can be heard every night from people hanging out across the street in a random spot. There are no cafes or clubs there but they are hanging out every night being loud and playing music.

Location is great as it is close to metro stations and points of interest.
