The shared kitchen was very limited with a microwave and a kettle and some crockery that needed to stay in the kitchen or taken to the terrace and could not be taken to the the room. We had hoped to eat in grilling a couple of pizzas but did not seem possible. Lack of a second key a real annoyance and inconvenience. A little noisy at night. what sounded like an electric pump would go off for a few seconds very few minutes. Not loud enough to wake a reasonable sleeper but a distraction as you nod off,

Room and property very clean. Staff very helpful other than not agreeing to offer a second key that opens the outer door and the room door so we could not go our separate ways. We knew it was budget and so understood the small size of the room and very limited clothes hanging space. We like to walk so a good location for walking a bit to the beach. Knew there was no lift so the steps were good exercise.( no more than 4 short flights to the top rooms) Nice terrace and clothes drying area. Good sized fridge in the room

Very nice place in the good vacay type location. Room was decent, a bit small but still bigger than any western European B&B hotels. Stayed there before starting Pilgrimage to Santiago. Had a decent relax after flight. Was happy to find that both Bolt and Uber works with a cheat tariffs as well.

The sink in the bathroom is very small. The first floor entrance area of the accommodation was too fragrant for our liking.

The accommodation is located about 500m from the metro station which makes going sightseeing in downtown Porto very straightforward. There are multiple supermarkets within 300m of the accommodation which is great for getting our supplies. There are also a few cafes in the neighborhood and there is even a seafood market that sells fresh seafood probably right off the boat since it is very close to a pier. The market also houses other local fresh produce vendors as well as eateries which we didn’t have time to try. The room itself is nice and cozy. There is a comfortable common dining area which we used for our meals.

The apartment is next to the street which is quite noisy at night so anyone who struggles with sleep might find this a bit challenging. Also there are no pegs in the bathroom or in the room so there is no place to put your towels to dry after shower. Second card to open the room would be much appreciated as there is only one

I didn't like having to have the fan directly on me to remain cool in the room. There were points where the ceiling was a bit too short.

The room was nice. It was an attic room with a skylight window. It did get a little warm but there was fan available. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and the decor were nice.

The bed is too small for 2 people. The shower leaks on the sides so the bathroom was always wet.

The location in Matosinhos is great, close to everything. The couple running it was really nice and helpful.

Wouldn't (couldnt?) issue a 2nd key. NOISY street front room. Esp on weekends, this is terrible w/people, traffic and smokers directly under the windows.

Please get rid of your "free breakfast" misleading ad. There was access to a kitchen. But the fridge in the room didn't have a freezer (although the owner obtained ice for me when asked). Also, as previously mentioned. The fridge goes OFF when you leave the room.
