This villa was amazing! Lots of room for a family of 9. The pool table, squash court, table tennis, darts, volleyball and the fabulous pool kept everybody entertained. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Could do with some air con in the living areas, not that it’s any issue when you are out and about in the pool but on hot evenings our cake melted… really minimal issue. Everything’s amazing.

We couldn’t recommend this enough. Not only was the property huge and had everything we could possibly need, it gave everyone their own space to be able to peel off as they needed. It was clean, tidy, modern and had things to keep everyone occupied. With this booking you don’t only get a great villa in a perfect location, walking distance from everything (or uber is so cheap and accessible) you can get everywhere simply! But the thing that made the trip were the hosts! Bernado went above and beyond to help us set up everything we needed! Put us in touch with all the relevant people for activities/events and on call if we had any questions! We even got a fly by visit from his mother who was just as lovely! We can’t wait to recommend this to others and we will 100% be back and staying in their other villas if this is anything to go off! Outstanding!

It was perfect. I wish we had longer

Absolutely everything, this is a stunning villa. Fabulous location, beds all comfortable, facilities (pool, cinema, pool table, squash court to name a few) were unbelievable. Just amazing. Absolutely loved our stay here. We had 7 days here and it will never feel like enough. Just a beautiful house and the owners were so kind, responsive and lovely. Most beautiful villa I have stayed in.

Air-conditioning could be put in the basement area rather than fans

Fantastic service from start to finish from booking to organising airport transfers to checking out. Could not fault the place at all , went on a family holiday with 7 adults and 2 children the villa had more than enough room for us all. The facilities were brilliant with the squash court , pool table and swimming pool . The pool was perfect as it had two levels so it suited the children. It had a living room and a cinema room all of which can be connected to streaming services. The location couldn't have been better with a 15 minute walk to the old town and only a 10 minute walk to the marina. Will definitely be back

Unfortunately there was a dog next door that barked quite a lot.

Lovely house, well equipped and clean. Great location, near the beach/marina and shops but pretty quiet. The management team couldn't have been friendlier, let us leave our cases while the house was being cleaned and greeted us on arrival to show us around.

The villa was fantastic!! It was spacious, comfortable beds, fabulous pool and great location. The hosts were great; they checked in to be sure we had everything we needed and were quick to reply to any inquiry. 10/10 spot for a large group holiday! We enjoyed everything about this villa. It was perfect for our group.

The pool chaise cushions were tired, not comfortable,and filled with water…also hard to dry. The pool needs umbrellas for the sun.The next door neighbour’s dog barked and barked at times waking us.

The pool was very good but expensive to heat. The beds and linens were good. The space was amazing! The jacuzzi tubs were excellent with lots of ho5 water and good pressure.

The neighbours dog likes to bark! It is 6/7 min walk to the supermarket - but it has everything you need so you don't need to get a car or taxi to the bigger ones on the outside of town.

Great facilities at the villa for the kids - good size pool, squash court, volleyball, pool table, table tennis. Beds very comfy. Powerful showers. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 teenagers.

Both Bernardo and Ana Maria were excellent hosts. Very supportive and always available. Cannot fault the Villa. Lovely walk into the old town and also the Marina was a short stroll away.

compared to the rest of the property, the kitchen is very dated but we managed with a combination of bbqs and simple meals. There is a large fridge & freezer which was very helpful.

The property was so spacious and had plenty of bathrooms / bedrooms which worked well for our family group of 8 people. The squash court, pool table and table tennis were excellent additions that we used regularly and it was handy having Netflix for the kids! the views from the property are lovely. We had the pool heated too which meant we could use it every day.

There is only one thing We would suggest to the owners and that is to put hand rails in the baths and getting out of the pool.

A group of 7 of us stayed at the Pedro mar villa in Albufeira Portugal for a week. We went for mother's Day which took in St,Patrick's day, and the Rugby grand slam. We opted for the transportation that the villa offered, which did not disappoint. We used them for our whole trip as they had a 7 seater for our group. We also ordered groceries before we arrived as our flight times changed and this was kindly done by the owners. From the time we booked any questions we had were answered within a day. The villa is Amazing the best we have ever stayed in. There are 5 bedrooms We only used 4, each room is spotlessly clean and very spacious and has its own ensuite with eider a bath or shower,bidet lovely snow white towels, and really great powerful hair dryers, not the usual crappy ones you get in hotels/Apartments. Each room had its own balcony with beautiful scenery. Lots of sockets in the rooms,rooms Safe in the master bedroom,There was a Hugh sitting room with a big flat screen T.V. and lots of Media Technology we only used this room for the music. Then right in the middle of this amazing villa is a squash court just unbelievable. The kitchen had everything you could ask for coffee machine, kettle,toaster, oven,cooker,microwave, dishwasher,Hugh fridge, and all the utensils you need, even big coffee/tea mugs. (Its the little things) Down stairs there is a Hugh room that has a cinema ( I kid you not) A pool table and a bar. Out by the pool there is lots of seating areas, we had the pool heated which was amazing,(extra cost) but we'll worth it. Safety ring for the pool. Lots of sun beds, table tennis, volleyball, kids play area, clothes line, BBQ area, and amazing views,This is where we spent most of our time, plus we got lovely weather. The family were always available for any questions we had. The villa is about 15/20 mins from the old town and Coastline walk. The Arte bar and supermarket is just down the road maybe 5 mins walk.
