Missed a few basic things that helps with a short stay, like a bar of soap so you don’t need to buy one for a few days..

Perfect for families, it was a bit too big for just me. It is very near to the beach, there are shops close by!

The furnishing needs an update - the kitchen cupboards from the outside were falling apart and they were very basic. The kitchen wasn't well equipped ( no mugs, no trash bags, dishwasher capsules, etc.). The shower cabin in one of the bathrooms was very small, I'm a slim woman and I didn't have much space to move around there.

Good location ( close to the beach, a small supermarket, a cafe and a few restaurants around the corner. Also walking distance to the centre). The apartment was comfortable with a lot of space.

The gym is not that well equipped, but it's usable. The one thing we did not like is the fact it only opens at 9:00 and closes at 18;00, which forces you to lose beach time if you want to work out. We didn't use the pool, because it looks quite small, and there isn't a single shade nearby where you can put the sunbeds.

The apartment itself is good, somewhat old but perfectly usable. The rooms were big and there was a nice big balcony with a barbecue (I'm not sure this was general, maybe only on the top floor apartments). The location is excellent - some 500m from the beach, and there's a coffee shop and a small market nearby. If you don't mind walking, it's about 20 minutes to the village, and 45 to Calheta beach (the southwest tip of the island). The price was decent for a 3-person apartment. The staff was very helpful on the few occasions we needed.

They could supply a little bottle with dishwashing detergent and some garbage bags, in a stay of 5 days, it is nonsense to buy it all and leave almost everything there.

These apartments may not be luxurious, but they are suitable for a pleasant stay in Porto Santo. Although they show some signs of age, they are perfectly fine if you are not too fussy. The beach is very good and only a 3-5 minute walk away, and there are also small markets, restaurants, and pastry shops nearby. The only downside is that the wifi signal is quite weak and only works on the balcony and in one room. However, the staff kindly stored our luggage after checkout and we were able to enjoy the swimming pool for a bit longer.

We have two babies, and we had to pay extra 10€ per cot, per day. An absurdity. Also, the bed mattresses we uncomfortable.

Could use new furniture (sofa) and newer TVs

Good rooms and space for my family. I needed everything for my stay. The staff are so lovely and help in everything that we need. We requested early check in and late check out and they provided it to us. And it made their check out might more relaxed.

It really feels that place is quite outdated. If you plan to stay there for a night, it will do the trick, when you set your expectations accordingly.

Apartment is very specious and we've been allowed to check-in early. Staff is also very kind.

Flat was quite dirty. Upon entering the property we removed our shoes to keep it clean and within minutes our feet were super dirty. There was also dust over the furniture. Very poor on amenities - usually these flats provide complimentary dishwashing detergent, coffee and sugar sachets for the first days, etc… the only thing found on the property is toilet paper and towels. Furniture is quite dated too and bed mattresses aren’t comfortable. Time to update furniture. No shadows provided in the swimming pool area either.

Nothing, some features look a bit old fashioned but it everything was functional

Location, close to beach and a short walk to main area. Pool was great. Gym facilities great as well. Able to check in early and check out late free of charge. Very friendly people.
