The cost of this hotel is over priced for the facilities it has. Very very outdated. Also the kids club was in another hotel 10min walk away. In the heat with kids is not ideal. Also was only open limited times and very bare minimum resources for a kids club. I would not send my kids there . Also the pool bar did not serve any food or snacks unless you had all inclusive. We were invited in once for the all inclusive, and the food was cold and very limited and we were first in when it opened. So glad I didn’t pay the for full inclusive as it’s not worth the money.

My kids loved the pool. However people would put towels on the sun beds and no one insight for 1.5-2 hrs. The location was good . 5 min alway to the stop, and about 10min uber or hold to old town. Bigger supermarkets like Aldi is a 5 min drive or you can walk it there.

The hotel itself could use some maintenance. Our room was okay, but nothing special – a few things were broken and could use fixing. Also, the main restaurant in the hotel is quite small, so at busy times it was hard to find a table and we had to wait. However, we were able to eat at the larger restaurant in the nearby hotel, just a few minutes away, which helped make up for this issue.

The swimming pool was the highlight – very large, with a 3-meter deep jumping area, and plenty of space to relax around it. The ocean view was also amazing. We really enjoyed the cocktails and beer – unlike many all-inclusive places where drinks are weak, here you can actually taste the alcohol, and the quality was noticeably better. The food was better than expected. We had read some negative reviews about limited options and poor quality, but we didn’t find that to be true. While the food in the main restaurant could be a bit cold at times, there was a good variety. What’s even better is that every day you have access to different themed restaurants (like sushi, Italian, and more) in the nearby sister hotels. The food there was wonderful and definitely a big plus.

Getting messaging from the hotel about having all of these amazing restaurants at the property was boarding on false advertising. Also from the pictures it looks as though the beach is part of the property which it isn’t. Very disappointing that we couldn’t use any of the additional restaurants offsite at sister hotels as we were told we need to book a week in advance… The trouble with that is we were only staying for three nights so where we were sold the dream, the reality was there was no room at the inn!!! This absolutely spoilt the surprise for my girlfriend‘s birthday, but we managed to go to a local steak house instead but paid for the pleasure! One final point was around the fact that I asked for a balcony upfront… What we were promised was something better than balcony, our own patio area. What they failed to tell us is it was the direct walkway to get to the beach and the aqua bar where the swimming pool was… This meant that we were completely overlooked and often ‘stared at’ by the many passers by, if we wanted to sit outside! This made us feel very over-baring when we just come here for some peace and quiet.

Actually really liked the property overall, although in areas it did look quite tired and dated. There’s obviously been a lot of put into the design and the look of feel of the property overall. The room itself was of very high quality, if not a bit lacking in more wardrobe space to unpack.

Very noisy from the road had a problem with the room door not locking told reception 2 days later still the same they said they looked at it but couldn’t fix it even with the door locked from the inside you could still open from the outside they eventually changed the whole door handle but it took 4 days

The problem was when we arrived the toilet was not working in the room. There were too many stairs, everywhere with very few ramps. My mother (+70yr old) found it difficult to walk up and down the stairs to get to the breakfast, lunch and dinner - it did not help that our room was on the 6th floor. After a a lift journey, ramp and another lift to get to our meals. Even the swimming pools had stairs everywhere and no ramps. For the last two days of our stay the lift one of the lifts were not working. Another door, we used to had a huge crack and was actually quite dangerous with children around. Generally, the rooms were not exactly 4 star, I would say the beds were too high and the installations were worn.

We enjoyed the pools and fitness room. The staff was very friendly.

Must of got 2 hours sleep, someone come back about 2:00 chairs moving around on the floor from above for hours, they was arguing and on the balcony till at least 8:00 and don’t think no one told them to stop

The dishwasher was not clean, it needed to have more salt added and to be deep cleaned as all our dished needed to be hand washed after coming out dirty. We were on basically the top floor, and the flats below were very loud during the night, with shouting and doors slamming from 12am to 4am. The area was nice, but it was a very nightlife area so wasn’t ideal for us considering we were travelling as a family with kids. Also, the table only had 4 seats, even though the flat could be booked for 6.

The facilities in the room were good, with a full kitchen, good sized rooms, perfect for our family size of 5. The flat itself was very pretty, with minor wear and tear. The view was amazing, and the flat was clean and very nice. Staff were very kind and helpful. Pool area was very pretty, just very cold because its was the end of May.

We were robbed in different Villa and moved here to feel safer for the duration of our trip. We were met at the hotel by Barbara, the most friendly and welcoming staff member at Reception. Barbara genuinely empathised with our situation and immediately made us feel safe and secure. we can't thank you enough, you are such a wonderful person. THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️ Our rooms were clean and tidy, the pool was large and plenty of beds, the beach at the hotel was stunning! Location was fab, right beside the new town strip and less than 5euro uber to the old town.

The facilities weren't great. The food was ok but nothing special and quite samey. We couldn't book into the Al a carte most of the time as they were fully booked. We did get a cancellation for the seamoon piri piri restaurant which only had a handful of tables in so I was unsure why it it was fully booked. The oura sea view is a nice hotel, if a little tired in areas. The problem is that some of the facilities you can use (like Jacs, the main buffet restaurant) are not as nice. It didn't feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. It was more like a 3 star.

Property maintenance was poor as sofas were dirty and worn out The patio door would not lock The drying rack was broken The air conditioning did not work so we had three men in our room for 2.5 hours trying to mend Kindly the reception manager gave us the option to move rooms and we did. In this apartment was better but is where the clothes rack was broken and sofas still very worn and old so put blankets on top. The TV in this room had issues with the volume as maybe on its way out! A drunken man banged on our door for 4 hours all night and we could not get through to reception as nobody was answering and eventually when we got through just before I was about to phone the police he answered and he got security out to help the drunk man to his room as he was lost.

Right beside the nightclub strip so it can be loud with stag parties coming back singing at 4am It would be great if felt pads could be put under the furniture as moving the table and chairs makes an awful noise that can be heard in the room below
