I feel like the air con wasn't cold enough. It could be my error using it but my husband and I both tried to get it colder and just couldn't get it cold enough for a comfortable sleep but as I say, it may be my error. Other than that absolutely gorgeous apartment.

Absolute. Hidden gem in a perfect location. In a quiet street with a coffee shop practically next door with amazing coffee and natas. Also a burger place across the road that make the best burgers I've ever tasted. Spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee in the apartment. Modern, quiet. Lovely staff.

The view from the balcony was nothing special, the back of another building. A couple of plants helped a little.

Excellent location and a beautiful apartment. Exceptionally quiet, even the ground level where I stayed, with the ability to shut the pocket door to the bedroom if you really need that level of quiet (I didn't.)

The stairs could be an issue for elderly people. We would have loved a washing machine in the apartment or on site.

We had booked the apartment on the third floor and were grateful to be given the bigger apartment on the second floor. The apartment is well located , a breakfast cafe downstairs, several restaurants and cafes as well as supermarkets in the area. The self-service laundry was 5 min walk. The Praca da Libertade was also just 5 min walk away. Well-appointed with a kitchenette, a/c, a big comfortable bed, sofa and TV. The staff was welcoming and keen to accommodate our requests as quickly as possible, eg iron and ironing board. We highly recommend this apartment.

Nice space with plenty of room. We were offered a larger apartment on floor 1 so we didn’t have to carry our bags to 3rd floor which we really appreciated. The lady who checked us in was lovely. Comfy bed. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go.

The shower had a little mold in between the tiles that wasn’t fully cleaned. It was also on the top floor and there’s no elevator.

There was AC and it was very clean. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and a hair dryer.

The sofa bed was not super comfortable, but was okey for a few days.

Great location, right near the main train stops in the city. Easily walkable all major points in the city. The facility manager lady was super welcoming and nice, changed the towels during halftime of stay the flat appeared as clean. There are a number of stairs to reach the apartments, due to the high ceiling flats. Bit expensive, but location was convenient. Coffee machine was a plus in the flat.

Sonya was super helpful, punctual with the keys, friendly and left the place super clean for our stay. The studio was in a great location easy to walk to the river, shops and bars. We would definitely stay there again.

There is no daily cleaning, it didn’t bother us because they left enough towels, tissues and even coffee capsules, also checking in after 8pm costs 30 euros

We had arranged an early check in however, an hour before we were meant to check in got a message to state we had to wait another 2 hours after the agreed time which was annoying and therefore had to pay to put our bags in storage up the road.

There was nothing to dislike but be aware that there are no laundry facilities in the apartment or building.

The property is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of central Porto. We had no issues with check-in (Sofia was very kind and helpful). Getting around was easy and the area is very safe. The apartment itself was very bright and clean, with lovely balconies looking out onto the street. All the essentials were catered for. The bed and sofa bed were both comfortable and the kitchenette well appointed. Happy with the bathroom and shower pressure was good. We really enjoyed our stay here.

50 stairs to the top floor. Tiring after a full day exploring Porto with its' many hills, cobblestone streets, stairs etc. Check in was a little confusing as we said we would be there at 3 pm but no one met us. We had to phone and Sonia came down immediately to check us in. We didn't know we had to rjng her apartment as no instructions were given to do so. She kindly carried my pack up 50 stairs to our room. Thank you again.

For a 4 night stay would have been nice to have fresh towels and toiletries topped up however cannot fault it otherwise

Fantastic location and really well equipped. Staff on arrival were great, very friendly and helpful. Some great restaurants and coffee shops as well as the very centre of Porto all within a 5 minute walk.
