There's really nothing that I didn't like. We are practical and easy-going so our demands are not high. This was good for us. The only thing I will mention in case it is a deal breaker for someone else is the size of the bathroom, of which there is only one. It's small but serves it purpose, but I could imagine it being a deal breaker for someone who needs their space in this regard.

I can say without exaggeration that this was the best host I have had dealings with. From the moment of booking to departure, the response time was so quick. Friendly and accommodating. The apartment is simple, bright, and lovely with a beautiful view from all the rooms across the bay, situated in a good location. Especially for those who enjoy a good walk, it's a nice distance from the city centre. There's a shop right around the corner, which is open 7 days a week where you can find most necessities. What I greatly appreciate was the folder they provide with all sorts of practical information to make your stay easier: how to get around; where to buy tickets; recommendations for shops and restaurants in the direct vicinity, etc. The list goes on and in several languages. Of course, you can look up a lot yourself, but this certainly makes it easier having tips from locals. (Tip: highly recommend the restaurant "Geographia" at the end of the street) I can only recommend this apartment. Ideal for a stay with 4 guests. We had extra guests for a few days, which was doable because of our relationship, but I would say for comfort, keep it to a maximum of 4 guests.

The lack of AC meant all windows open at night and fans going. The nearby street is very noisy and you hear the hum from the bug bridge. The shower is good but the actual bathroom is barely big enough for one person to stand in.

Great location, nice view from balcony, good kitchen and laundry facilities, comfortable beds and roomy shower. Host Miguel was extremely polite and helpful.

Kitchen equipment could be better. There is no pressure cooker, but water can be boiled on the induction hob.

We had a delayed flight and didn’t arrive at the accommodation until after 1:00 AM. However, a very kind lady waited for us to hand over the keys. Everything went beyond expectations.

This is a neat little place in a mature neighbourhood in Lisbon. The area is full of character and its urban decay is quite elegant, although there is also a lot of rehabilitation going on so things are looking up. The apartment, while not very modern, is spotless clean and well equipped with everything you need for a week-long family stay in the city. The view is spectacular, too. Lots of shopping and eating options nearby, and although it doesn't look that way on the map, in fact the place is reasonably close to quite a few of Lisbon's main attractions. Wholeheartedly recommend. Oh, and the host was super nice and easy to communicate with.

The apartment was very spacious and bright. 7 of us stayed here and we could have fitted in more . 2 big bathrooms, small extra toilet, good showers and a large dining living area. We didn't cook but seemed to have all the facilites needed. Local boulangerie is great and easy scooter ride to town. Lovely host would book this again.

This is not a negative, just a note - the single beds are a bit narrow, so if you like wider beds plan to sleep in the master bedroom or the pullout couch (which is also very comfortable).

The apartment is really comfortable, clean, and light. It's located in a nice part of town - away from the city center & noise, but still in an old part of town with cobblestone streets and old 3-4 story buildings with historic architecture. If you like walking, it's close enough to walk to the city center or walk back home at night (although there are quite a few buses that stop 100 m away from the apartment, and even more transportation options - train, tram - within 500 meters or so). We really appreciated that the kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to cook a meal. The washing machine is also quite new & works really well and quietly. Finally, there's a small shop on the corner (50 m away) with everything you'd need, including amazing fresh fruit - papaya, mango, pineapple, etc.!

The neighbours downstairs made a lot of problem for us. The wood in the apartment was creaking and we had a two year old kid who was meant to enjoy himself on vacation. But we were getting constant complaints from the people downstairs. Would not recommend if you have a toddler.

The apartment was comfortable and provided all necessities. It was very clean as well.

There are four or five flights of steps to climb to the apartment, which might be quite a lot for some people. The apartment is fine although not luxurious, but serves well for a base whilst out all day. Host welcomed us very well and made sure we had everything we needed, and gave us good local tips.

Pleasant base for exploring all areas of Lisbon. Need to use public transport to get to most areas, but there is plenty of that available. Host directed us to some very good local places to eat out in the evening, and an excellent bakery for breakfast croissants.
