Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe contact for the codes to access the building was poor, and I had to contact customer services as the contact number was not being answered. The table on the patio has seen better days and the same can be said for the pots and pans in the kitchen. There are no recycling bins and most of the guests simply put glass, metal etc in the one bin. Maybe some info on where the recycling points are would be helpful. The stove rings are not so great when you are trying to boil food. The place in general just needs a bit more attention.
The location, a big kitchen, and an outdoor area to be able to have a meal in the evening, and of course, the air con in my room helped to keep cool on the warm nights.

United KingdomRoom yurya was good, spacious and comfortable but wish the front entrance floor and stairs and back patio were cleaned. I had swept the back patio but it could have been hosed down. The property was originally a 2 bed apartment with 1.5 bathrooms, shower/toilet upstairs.toilet,basin downstairs,living room (Room Yurya) and kitchen also downstairs. It was perfect for our 6 night stay, hearing but not really bumping in to the others that were staying for a shorter time. I loved every other aspect of the property, location and parking,although not exactly outside, you can always find a spot a couple minutes away. We would stay in Yurya room 1 again.

While keys were being found, I had to make repeated calls as no updates as to key delivery expectations were being provided without my prodding. The facilities and room were in poor condition and night spent listening to long term residents fight and cry in adjacent room.
