Indoor pool had so much of chlorine or chemicals that after swim all kids had irritation and red eyes for hours. Though it's an apartment but kitchen didn't have reasonable utensils for basic necessities. No wifi in the room and power connection kept on tripping and even after multiple complaints it couldn't be resolved in the course of 3 days stay.

Reception floor was top notch but then after other floors don’t give you vibe of 4 star.

Was a little quiet. Is not far from the hustle and bustle but feels a long way walking in the heat.

It was very grand and well presented inside and out. Very clean all over hotel including rooms. The pool area was also lovely and clean with a pool bar. Staff were polite and accommodating.

2 days in a row there was loud music from some nearby place till 01.00 Internet was so-so It would be nice to have in the apartments one more small pot

Nice place, overall everything is present, conditioning was very useful in such hot weather. For the hot weather mountain view was very good, as it was in shade after 11.00 Staff is nice and helpful :) Special thanks to cleaning ladies

The rooms were completely bare of any decorative touches and seemed impersonal and cold. All the shelves were empty. There was no kettle or toaster in the kitchen area. The blankets provided looked old and possibly not very clean. The bathroom was not well ventilated and did not seem to have an exhaust.

It was central with great city views. The bar downstairs was well stocked and cool in the hot summer. There’s plenty of parking in front and the back of the property.

Crowded and tight parking. There is an option of underground parking but the maze of building structural elements makes it almost impossible with daily car use unless one has a Smart/Mini cooper.

The thing which we missed the most in the apartment was a little table in front or beside the couch. If you wanted to drink a cup of coffee sitting on the couch there was nowhere to put your cup. Same if you had visitors. You had no choice but use the big table and the hard chairs rather than get the comfort of the couch. The mattresses were a bit too hard and the top drawer in the closet with the safe gave a lot of trouble.

Location was good. Pool I did not use. Beach seems a little far to walk until I found a short-cut. Too bad the restaurant was closed.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Couldn’t fault anything our apartment was spacious clean and comfortable. Pool area spotless and all very relaxed. Staff so helpful and pleasant from reception to pool bar staff. We were our so happy with our stay here and will def be returning.

The apartment was for 4 persons and were a party of 4 adults. There were only 2 chairs on the balcony. The shower could do with upgrading or descaling the shower head (not sure which) but it isn't very good at all. Only one mirror and that is in the bathroom which is not much use when the bathroom is occupied. Could do with a mirror in the bedroom and one in living area - a full length mirror would be helpful. The sofa bed was not the best for adults. It was a very small double and unlike most sofa beds you lay width ways (from arm to arm) rather than from the back to the foot of the bed, it was not long enough to lay this way. This made it very difficult (and dangerous) if you needed to get up in the night as you had to climb over the arm The pillows were very "lumpy" and uncomfortable resulting neck ache and sore ear definitely need upgrading

Well placed. Within easy walking distance of supermarkets and beach. You can walk to Praia da Rocha (about 30-40 minutes to center)or get a taxi via reception or if you have Uber this works well. Adequate pool and loungers. Lovely poolside bar with beers on tap and selection of cocktails. Lovely chill music playing creating a relaxing vibe. Pool area very clean. Hotel Reception was airy and well presented and decorated Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is a bar and restaurant but we did not use either of these so unable to comment. Apartment was spacious and clean with kitchen , bedroom (2 single beds and wardrobes), bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet & hairdryer, living room with sofa bed, table and chairs, sliding doors leading onto Balcony. Bedding supplied with additional blankets. Towels supplied (not beach/poolside towels). We were only there 3 nights/2.5 days, apartment was cleaned twice. Apartment has A/C (thank goodness) Would definitely stay again

Food options for the restaurant were a bit limited.

We got an upgrade for a studio with balcony, everything was perfect, checking in and out was easy, the staff was helpful, and the area was good for an evening walk with a good range of restaurants for us to choose from, we enjoyed our stay.
