    Nothing, it's what I expectes

Good value Hotel for family break. We used the hotel as a base for spending most of our time in Porto. €8 Uber ride from all the best attractions. Hotel is clean, breakfast is extensive, staff were very helpful. Kids loved it.

We need to pay for the pool towels (even if it's only 2€ each) it meant 20 euros for all.. The pool could be better.

No major issue. Check in/out without any problems.

A/C was poor and wifi didn’t work for most of the stay. The bath was clearly in need of unblocking as it took an age to drain.

Pool, garden, staff, location about 10mins by Uber to the city with good bbq seafood restaurants close by.

The location was a bit far from everything. Although it was only 1 euro you had to pay for your pool towel. Not all the staff were very friendly.

Lovely pool area, play area and chess. Restaurant by the pool had good food and drinks.

Other than being at the top of the hill..it was really good.,nice swimming pool and play area for the kids set in lovely well kept gardens.

Well placed..albeit with a steep walk..to visit the douro, watch the ships and visit the beautiful restaurants along the banks in Afurada.

Needs hooks for drying towels if you want people to reuse towels they need a place to dry. Parking was ok we left our car and Uber, no kettle to make tea . Very steep narrow roads to hotel . Nearest laundry is a confusing ride Lavandaria self service Sem Molas ladies helped us machines clean and already put soap in you just show up with clothes and coins you can get there also. You also need the card to put in lights to make them work .

Beds and pillows so comfortable and the linens and towels. For 1 euro get a pool towel pool was nice. Quiet at night . Hair dryer worked. Not near the port area but only 6-8 euros to the port houses. Can see the sun set from bridge near hotel .

It looked easy to get to on the map but it was a bit hard to navigate. We had to go around in circles several times on the narrow streets.

We had a sunset cruise so it was very convenient to the marina and it had parking. Amazing breakfast!!

air conditioning not yet “turned on” and room was hot. There were noisy guests outside so we couldn’t leave the window open.

Pool area. Easy free parking for our car. Easy drive back to airport. Acceptable breakfast. Good price but recall you are not central to Porto which is a 15-20 minute taxi.

AC AC AC - Centrally controlled AC was on heat while outside temperatures were 25-28 C. (77-80 F.). It was very uncomfortable for us and hard to sleep in such heat...

The breakfast was perfect, the variety was surprisingly large and tasty. The location right on the highway and away from traffic was excellent, 15 minutes from Everywhere in Porto by car and from Gaia as well. The shopping center right next to the hotel is great. The rooms were OK sized, the pool was great for the kids to play in and the hours were long. Free parking was perfect for us. The staff is very nice.

They could do with a step by the bath. It's too high to get into and especially getting out . Totally not suitable for elders and young children. In a four star I would expect a glass cup in the room for coffee not disposable ones.

Spacious room with comfortable bed, big TV and kettle. Great breakfast with a vast selection. Very nice and helpful staff. A lot of free parking space. Location is fine if you have a car.
