Very large apartment with a well equipped kitchen . Good communication with the host

Not really negative things to mention. We are quite tall people. The bed therefor is quite small. The other thing we would suggest to improve is the shower. Maybe you could increase it a bit in size?

We stayed here for a week after having stayed in Funchal for 4 days. The place is wonderful. The drive from Funchal to Porta do Sol is fun and beautiful. The appartement itself is very nice, it has ever you need. There is a supermarket nearby that has all the basis groceries.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: cutlery, towels, an iron. There's plenty of space inside, nice furniture, pleasant decor. The view from the balcony deserves additional compliments: it's absolutely stunning. The drive to the house is reasonable, no really risky roads, there's enough space for parking in the yard. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Nice, cozy and comfortable place. Its location is perfect, if you want to travel all around Madeira. The hosts are kind, polite and helpful. There are good restaurants, pizzas and supermarkets in close proximity. The view is fantastic. There are parking places within the yard, which is important for Madeira.

Owner and her daughter were really nice to us. Kitchen was fully equipped. Balcony is really big and you can spend nice evening there. We spent one week at apartment and had no problem. We highly recommend this residence.

perhaps add an air conditioner or a fan for the hottest days, otherwise it was equipped with everything (even a sun umbrella, iron, etc.)

The place was fantastic, located quite far up the hills with a beautiful view and in a very quite neighborhood. The house is huge with everything you need to spend a day or even a few weeks there. Parking is easy at the property and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Best thing is the balcony to let everything sink in. Would definitely recommend this place.

Whilst we enjoyed the quiet location, it can be a distance to some of Madeira's sights. A car is definitely needed.

We've had a fantastic time at Namaste House and can only recommend it. The apartment provides so many amenities, superb cleanliness, privacy and above all, an amazing view over the village and the ocean. Big bonus: the hosts, Tânia and Camila, are super friendly and welcoming!

The only minus is the location, really high up, if you don't like driving winding roads.

Our stay at Namaste was great! The hostess, Camila, was very friendly and responsive and Tania was lovely! The place had very spacious rooms and a big balcony with amazing views. All amenities were thought through. We even got fruit baskets from the hostess.

We really enjoyed our stay at Namaste house. The hosts were. Very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the balcony with the amazing view. We were also surprised by the size of the appartement, with a kitchen, bathroom, living room and a very nice bedroom. A few good restaurants in the nearby area (do note quite some uphill or downhill walks!). Perfect location near some beautiful hikes.

Outstanding! We went in not knowing exactly what to expect, and this property exceeded our expectations. It is very clean, extremely quiet, easy to find, has an amazing view and the theme of the house is very good. It is indeed a Namastê house and I can't wait to book another stay. I highly recommend it.

We loved everyt

We loved staying at Namaste House! The apartment is very spacious, bright, and very well-equipped. We found it in spotless, super clean condition. The apartment has a beautiful bedroom with a very comfy bed, so we slept like babies while staying here. We also enjoyed the private terrace with beach chairs, sun umbrella, etc. Finally, the hostess was really friendly and caring, so we really felt like home!

What I could not stay longer…

My stay at Namaste House was excellent! I am visiting Madeira since a good while and have seen many other (mostly more expensive but not so well equipped) places. Namaste House is one of the best ones! It has a peaceful atmosphere and a very nice and helpful owner. The accommodation is on the first floor of a villa and is quite spacious (big kitchen, bathroom, sleeping room and a living room) with a huge balcony, a nice view over the hills and the ocean and a parking place in front of the house. The flat is quite new and equipped in a very good way (new washing machine, oven, ceramic hot plate, dehumidifier (!), TV, many additional pillows, blankets etc. and everything you need to cook properly). The owner prepared this for the children, and you can really feel it. As I visited this place in December (high humidity & sometimes quite low temperatures), I enjoyed some equipment items a lot! My additional recommendation is a “Planalto Snack Bar” (3 minutes by car/20 minutes by foot)- at the moment a quite new and still a very simple place with the best food on the Island!!! The cook has international experience, makes everything fresh, if possible from his own ingredients and deserves some stars!

The Wi fi signal is not very strong - it is available only in living room, kitchen and on the balcony.

Very comrortable big appartment with all you may need - a washing machine, toaster, microwave, coffee maker with few welcoming capsules, all for your comfort. Very comfortable bed and cusions, very nice and pleasant linen. Nice, soft towels, also beach towels provided. Wonderful ocean view from a nice terrace. Extremely nice host, who offered us wonderful fruits from the garden and a little bottle of local Madera. Private parking. Private entrance to the appartment. Quiet area, shops very close. Everthing perfectly clean.

Everything was perfect. Nice and kind owner. Bought us some of the Madeiran specific vine and food as a gift. Really high quality of the services. Highly recomended!
