I didnt stay for too long

Everything was exceptionally great. I loved the room, breakfast and other facilities I encountered. Shame I only stayed for one night but I booked 2 more rooms with 2 nights for my mother and my nieces as a treat for my nieces' graduation!!!!

I would say the only negative is that the rooms aren’t as soundproof as they say, we could hear the cleaners early in the morning in the corridors talking with each other and grabbing their equipments quiet loudly. Also, no Netflix so you only get to choose from some of the tv channels.

Everything. Nice and cosy. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. A few toiletries provided. Fridge in the room with drinks available. Breakfast was amazing. We celebrated Valentines at the hotel and the decoration and little details made a difference. So cute!

I am very fond of children but there were several children in the adults pool. Their parents' fault, of course, but not acceptable when what you want is peace and quiet. I thought the choice of tv channels was limited but realise that most people don't go to your hotel to watch tv!!

Breakfast was excellent. The only thing I thought was that the drinks at the bar were too expensive. I had a gin and tonic and it cost 15 euros, excessive in my opinion.

Great facilities, great spa and gym, decent breakfast, nice food, comfortable room and friendly staff. Overall a lovely hotel.

The breakfast. The breakfast was disappointing as the hot food was always cold also there were no hot plates? There could have been a bit more to the cold breakfast as well, such as various salads, boiled eggs smoked salmon. These are things that can be ammended and it´s not the end of the world.

Everything was wonderful, the staff at reception especially. The robot that was sent to the room was a gas. My highlight was the spa and sauna.

There was a yellow stain on our duvet cover. We could tell it was clean and it was probably from ironing, but just didn't expect to see it at such a prestige hotel. Also didn't have a kettle and coffee/tea in the room and ai expected- most hotels have this now. But these are small things.

Loved the hotel itself. Very nicely decorated. Nice A/C in a hot summer day. Friendly staff and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The spa is a small circuit but very good. Two indoor pools that were very good with comfy seats. The outdoor pool was also very pleasant with nice shaded areas and comfy lounge chairs. The bed was comfortable and there an array of choices for pillows. Breakfast was excellent!

We had the same bath towels for the duration of our stay. Family of 3. It was expected a 5* hotel to get us clean towels daily.

the rooms looked like they could use some updating, the throw at the end of the bed was a little threadbare and the blackout curtains didn't fully close

The saunas were closed for the period when we stayed there for reconstruction. The only drawback that anyway did not spoil the main good impression.

Wonderful location, not far from the city center, big Spa space, warm indoor pools (one is good for swimming, another for warm spa relaxation), clean and comfortable rooms, done with good taste, amazing city view, and super tasty restaurant meal, very hostile staff and friendly atmosphere.

Great hotel. Was recently very well renovated with great results. Rooms are much better. Super confortable, top staff. A bit far from city center ( requires car or transportation)

The lobby stairs carpet needs to be replaced. It's warned and ripped in several places. Looks bad for a 5-star hotel.

Doors are so light that you hear everything on the hallway. Woke up to hotel staff arguing about something while cleaning the room in front. Except this, everything was nice

Pool and Jacuzzi too much clorine. It actually bleached my clothes and gave me a slight rash.

it was under renovation but there was no mention of it at the time of booking. The noise and odor in the corridors were annoying. I made a mention of my husband’s birthday being celebrated the day we checked in but the hotel did nothing to acknowledge or even place a small greeting. that was disappointing.

The breakfast was, by far, the most disappointing part. I've seen more and better options in 4-star hotels. Basics like smoked salmon or baked beans were non-existent. It was really a plain breakfast. The room was always very hot (even with AC set to something insane like 17º, it would be around 24-25º). Also, when we arrived in the room, there was a filled form from the previous couple. This felt somewhat unsanitary. The pool bar staff were clearly inexperienced and there weren't many options for eating there. The cocktails were also very weak.

The garage was spacious and there were chargers (paid) inside. The room was also very spacious and had a nice view. The Spa was clean and had plenty of chairs. The outside pool area also had plenty of chairs and shadow. Both pools were at around 26º, which is nice and warm for me, but my wife and daughter found it a bit too cold, for example.
