Not much at all! I didn’t have an outside bin on site to put my dog poop bag, that would have been nice. I think each room in shared house could have their own outside table. The outside table could be upgraded, it is sagging in the middle. Some outside hanging space for towels and swim ware would be nice. The shower drain in our en-suite was not working very well

Big comfortable family room with a nice en suite and baby cot already set up. Breakfast was perfect, everything we needed Door from room to outside space was very nice . Also lush grass garden at the front of house was very lovely to sit and sunbathe. There were 2 pools to choose from, both very welcome in mid august. the gardens at both main house are wonderful and the games rooms is fun and very comfy. Attitude to dogs is great, very calm and welcoming. Good shared kitchen facilities. Angela took great care of beds and kitchen very clean Even though sharing a kitchen with 2 other families had its challenges it was not a problem at all

Our suite was very dark and not really suitable for sleeping four we were rather on top of each other. I don’t mind rustic at all but the furniture is old including the sofa bed which was broken (although they did rectify quickly but their fix meant me couldn’t fold it away) and the mattress on the main bed was an old sprung one and very hard and uncomfortable (again they got us a mattress topper which made it more bearable but still too hard for me). There was only wifi in the games room which isn’t the end of the world but in this day and age some in the room would’ve been helpful! The aircon didn’t reach the bedroom unless we froze the kids so we were all pretty warm.

Lovely location, the pool areas were really nice and the grounds are kept very well, bushes, trees and plants stunning. We liked the breakfast, nice and simple but delicious. The games room was great for the kids and was the only place to pick up wifi. It was a very relaxing stay and the staff were extremely helpful especially when we needed help with some bits in the room. We loved the cats they were adorable.

Monte dos Pensamentos is an ideal place for a quiet, peaceful vacation! The location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the pools are very pleasant, especially to help cope with the heat in summer months. Breakfast was delicious, the highlight being the homemade cakes by Maria. She was lovely, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Very close to Estremoz, where you can find delicious food and a gorgeous tile museum

Massive property! It has pool, and a lot of outdoor area. Breakfast is included and it was good. Maria was very helpful! Location is good too, close to Estremoz and to some of the best vineyards in the area!

The host and her staff were wonderful and accommodating. Suggestions for dinner and side trips were gratefully accepted. The main house is lovely as are the grounds. We loved the cats.

House with a rich history. The estate was surrounded be beautiful greenery and very tidy. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. Great pool that lights up during the night. Game room with a lot of different tables for some good family time. Great location and staff!

Honestly nothing

This property is a scam. They put you in an annex that is half a kilometre from the main property. This is done in a very planned way. First they tell you need to pay the full amount and then tell your room is in an annex and they have to drive you there. The annex is really bad and not clean at all. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

Musty smell Lights that didn’t work The fridge wasn’t on Lack of attention to a detail. The annex looks and feels unkempt. Beds are musty and uncomfortable with little bedding Place is well and truly overpriced. Can’t comment on breakfast as we left first thing in the morning.
