    Location great.

I really didn’t enjoy the smell in the bathroom and hallway. Seemed like a problem with pipes.

    Nothing

Not recommended at all! Everything is dirty and smells awful — damp, old dirt; it’s dark, it’s like a closed-up house under construction. There was a trash bag on the balcony table of our room from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The worst thing of all was the heat: we booked a triple room, and there was on one fan that was the size of an open hand, with a temperature of 38°C! I called the owner to please lend us another fan, and after telling us “no” on the phone, she came knocking on our door at 10 p.m. to “explain,” in front of my young son, that she had “done us a favor” by letting us stay at the hostel because she didn’t accept small children “because they cry and bother people” (the accommodation rules say that children over 4 are allowed). She said all this in front of my 5-year-old, looking at him and saying, “I hope you don’t cry” … “I prefer pets to children.” Horrible experience — I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. We almost suffocated from the heat every night. There was also a cat she never told us about, and it is not on the info page of booking, my husband is allergic; the cat kept coming into the room all the time. It was a nightmare!

Everything was clean and super well equipped! Comfortable bed, great kitchen, good showers, perfect location. Friendly cat that lives in the building.

    Toilet smells a little bit

They went above and beyond to accommodate for us and our stay, which was very much appreciated. Great location, awesome communication and hospitality

Room was a bit warm and the beds weren't the most comfortable beds ever, but that is ok.

Very good location - connection to 2 subways- green and red, so you can be fast in the city centre or also at the airport.

    1) Cat which wasn‘t mentioned in the description of the accommodation - I almost haven’t catched the train, because the cat didn‘t want to go out of the room and I didn’t want to lock her in the room 😅 (I have an allergy’s therefore I didn’t want to touch her) 2) the whole flat is not soundproofed properly. Everything can be heard 3) I haven’t got any information about how to get to the hostel. I was ringing, but no answer. I tried to call the number and it works 4) opening the door with the card is noisy

Spacious and comfortable room over looking a quiet street. Great location, just a few minutes from the metro (red and green lines), so very easy to get to the centre, Oriente station, and the airport

There was no one there to open the door on my arrival. I tried many ways to get in touch. Ringing the doorbell, calling the phone number, sending emails. No response until it was too late. I had to find alternative accommodation at 10.30pm that night

    Property response:

    все обман!!! гори в аду!!!

It was clean, close to the metro, restaurants and supermarket. Great location not noisy like central Lisbon

The only slight problem we had is that there was only one set of keys. So we couldn’t go and do our own thing without fixing a set time to get back to the hostel.

I really enjoyed the spacious bedroom, the lovely terrace, and the fact that towels and were provided. The hostel cat was a sweet bonus! But the highlight was definitely the neighbourhood — peaceful and quiet, with wide, clean streets, beautiful architecture, great restaurants, and a park nearby. Such a refreshing contrast to busy central Lisbon. Overall, compared to other hostels it was not too bad. Good for 1 night stay.

I didn’t expect this to be an apartment... with a very poor soundproofing — it was surprisingly loud. The room next to ours even had a barking dog, which didn’t help. Our night was further disrupted when two Italian girls mistakenly tried to enter our room at 1am, banging on the door and hard to calm down. With no staff on site, we barely got any sleep. A 10 PM cut-off for check-in might help prevent this kind of situation. The bathroom was also very small, and one of the toilets had a noticeable smell.
