I didn’t expect this to be an apartment... with a very poor soundproofing — it was surprisingly loud. The room next to ours even had a barking dog, which didn’t help. Our night was further disrupted when two Italian girls mistakenly tried to enter our room at 1am, banging on the door and hard to calm down. With no staff on site, we barely got any sleep. A 10 PM cut-off for check-in might help prevent this kind of situation. The bathroom was also very small, and one of the toilets had a noticeable smell.

I really enjoyed the spacious bedroom, the lovely terrace, and the fact that towels and were provided. The hostel cat was a sweet bonus! But the highlight was definitely the neighbourhood — peaceful and quiet, with wide, clean streets, beautiful architecture, great restaurants, and a park nearby. Such a refreshing contrast to busy central Lisbon. Overall, compared to other hostels it was not too bad. Good for 1 night stay.

Well, it is one of these enter-the-code-at-the-maindoor- concepts. But a nice one and with a real owner :)

I booked last minute and arrived at night. But i got a detailed explanation how to enter the house and where to find my room. The room was nice and instead of a balcony you could walk right out of the balcony door" beimg in an area of backyards or something. The bed was comfy. The cat is cute and friendly. It was very silent and dark at night.

Room was warm and the duvet much too warm. Needed a light sheet to maintain comfort. Beds were squeaky

Simple , clean and inexpensive made this a great stopover between flights. If you're on a budget it would be a decent spot for an extended stay especially since you could use the kitchen to cook meals as well.

Nice hostel near subwaystation. Just a 15 minutes ride to Cais du Sodre. Also recommended to just walk the neighboorhood of Arreiro. Nice cat. Kitchen has all facilities for cooking, so you can a have a meal there.

It was difficult sharing bathrooms and showers; they needed more attention (cleaning) and keeping hand towels clean/changing them out daily was also needed. I had also assumed that use of the washer in the image(s) was included. It's not, there is a $5 fee and no dryer. Our room had an opening to a terrace, but the host stated that guests were not permitted out there. Finally, I didn't know there would be a cat. She is a very sweet and calm cat, who mostly sleeps on the couch in the entry area, but I do have allergies, so it would have been nice to know she would be there.

The location is excellent; central/walking distance to everything, including food, shopping, parks, tourist attractions and buses/underground train. I felt safe staying here, the entire time. Anna, the host, is a sweet person who wants to be helpful. She presented as sensitive, patient and caring.

I did not like the showers, you do not have much privacy as the 2 cabins are next to each-other in the same bathroom.

The owners of the hostel are very kind and friendly. The cat is super cute snd fluffy! I loved the location, it’s close to pretty much everything you need and well communicated with the center and old town.

I got there late in the night and if it wasn’t for a woman getting in the building, we would have to be outside for a long time because the hostess didn’t give me previous instructions on how to get in. It would be better to have this information before since I rang the bell for the intercom for at least 15 minutes

It was clean and the space was good for two people. I just stayed for a night, but There wasn’t any noise. There is a cat in the house but it didn’t bother us at all.

Anna was an excellent host and provided updates and information prior of me getting to the property. I had the chance to meet her and she was quite caring.

The host was super friendly. The room was very comfortable, there was a functional kitchen. The shower was ample so we had enough space to get dress.
