Bed Matrass is as hard as a stone, so I went to sleep on the sofa, but it needs a new sofa .

Lots of disappointments, The actual experience at the room was different to the photos. Overpriced compared to other similar accommodation. There is no access to the roof terrace. No provision of crockery in the kitchen. There is no Aircon in the room & it smelled of bleach. The mattress on the bed was old.

Had items stolen .a safari hat ,value £40-50 . From kitchen area whilst at bathroom. Then 2 days later a deckchair ,I momentarily had outside my door whilst inside putting bags in . The kitchen directly connected to my room via the only window ,less than 1 mar away ,all conversations ,were heard ,washing machine put in use at 1130 pm whilst trying to sleep ,ended in dispute with other resident .a sign in the kitchen would have been pertinent to respect other residents .no chair in room .The sanitation was unbearable ,when other residents flushed ,even lid down it filled my room with sewerage smell ..

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE. INFESTED WITH BLACK MOULD. DANGEROUS! Everything is ROTTEN / BROKEN. Mould on the walls, mould in the cupboards, mould in the bathroom, mould in the air conditioning unit, mould in the lights, mould all over the bed, mould on the broken doors and cracked windows. This place is a serious health hazard. I left immediately and am waiting for a refund! No support from booking.com or the property so far. Disgraceful place and disgraceful service. I never left a review before but had to warn others STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

There was no ventilation. I had a window in my room but could not open it. I put my thinking cap on and really tried to figure it out but to no avail. This was my biggest issue during my stay as when the shower was used it created a lot of condensation (even though the shower is in a separate bathroom with no window) I tried to combat the problem by wiping down the tiles and windows and leaving my main door open to air it out. I never contacted management about this issue as it was something I could deal with but I'm sure they would have helped me as they sent a lovely welcome message offering assistance. It would have been nice to open the window though so that was a negative. The pillows were uncomfortable I was happy to deal with any negative aspects as I got great value for money and have nothing to complain about.

The room was excellent value for the rate I paid. It far exceeded my expectations. Centrally located in a quiet residential road, just a minutes walk from shops/restaurants/cafes and the marina. I really appreciated how well placed the accommodation is. Inside, the house is clean and I was impressed to see an equipped kitchen, with cooking facilities, fridge freezer and washing machine- very useful! Attached to the kitchen is a small outdoor space for drying clothes. My room was adequate and had it's own bathroom and built in wardrobe, perfectly apt for a solo traveller or couple. The shower took a minute to heat up but once it got to temperature it was lovely to use and one of the best I've had in Portugal. The check in/out process was clearly explained and the instructions were simple to follow and easily executed which made for a smooth process. Lovely fresh towels and bedding were provided. TV- smart tv WIFI- great connection Heater- so grateful for this Fan (needs a clean) Extra Blanket- which I was pleased to have Clothes Rail in addition to the wardrobe I recommend booking and would love to stay again myself.

Control over the air conditioning would have been nice - option to contact host was there but I couldn’t work out the booking.com message system 🤦‍♀️. Some of the sockets were a bit scary.

For the price we paid the facilities were far better than expected. Air conditioning, use of well equipped, shared kitchen etc. location is fantastic, quiet and central.

The room and bathroom were DISGUSTING. There were ants and beetles. The bed is very hard and you can feel the springs in your back. The window in the room does not close. The electrical outlets on the edge of the bed did not work. We wrote to the Staff to mention the situation and they told us that the cleaners had come and that it should be clean. It was not. The price is ridiculously high for what it really is, the photos are not representative. Book elsewhere.

Only good point was that there was AC, but even there, it smell awful.
