The only negative point is the balcony, which seemed a bit dangerous for my 2 and 3 year old kids

The apartment itself is clean, spacious and well-equipped. Direct elevator access from the Marina car park is a huge plus. The communication with the host was very clear, polite and helpful. Would not hesitate to come back. Thank you very much

Andre couldn't have helped us more, we were delayed coming in due to border control issues and assisted us with a late check in and our flight was late on the day of departure and allowed us to stay late so that we had a place to store our luggage and shower before leaving.

many drunken English tourists go sailing from under the house during the day but they disappear in the evening so it's not so disturbing

Large clean apartment in a beautiful location - view of the marina, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Pool right next door. Above-standard equipment in the apartment, including beach towels and umbrella. Excellent base for exploring the Algarve. Many thanks especially to Andre for the easy handover of the keys and information about everything you need.

Excellent location, away from the central tourist area in Albufeira - easy walk-in (taxi's available). Apartment was spacious with a fabulous view over the marina. Enough bars and restaurants open to have a local choice if you don't want the 15-minute walk into town. Great local beaches (particularly Santa Eulalia).

Absolutely nothing !!!

Although we were delayed Andre, the contact for meeting us to check in, waited to meet us and guide us in from the road outside. He showed an amazing amount of patience in explaining the facilities to a rather stressed out and weary old couple. Unexpectedly (until Andre explained it) the apartment was cleaned and new towels and bedding provided every three days. The locality and views of the marina from the apartment.

The clothes washer worked well but it was hard to understand the unfamiliar symbols to choose the cycles you wanted. A short printout of the options would be handy.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures online, very spacious and inviting. The furnishings and the amenities were all very well maintained and the location was very convenient. We had a rental car, so were not confined to one area but we found the local stores and restaurants were diverse and had almost everything we needed. We enjoyed the many shops across the street and the little cafe is great for breakfast & lunch and has very nice baked breads and pastries you can buy fresh. The Allgarve coast tours were all just below us, so we could walk to most tours in 2 or 3 minutes. Parking in the area can be difficult due to all the people going on boat tours, but the apartment came with underground parking, which was so convenient. We experienced a rude tour operator on the street in front of the building when we were first unloading our bags on arrival. We often saw him yelling at people who parked there. Just make sure not to park in the area that is for cabs, tuk tuks, etc. Using the provided underground parking is the best option.

It's a 15 minute walk to the old town, we didn't mind this but people with any issues can always get a tuck tuck taxi that run from just outside the front of the building

Couldn't fault this week's break, other than the weather, Andre our host was excellent, he's very helpful and will be available for any issues you may have or any information you need. The apartment is impossible to fault also, really well equioed, very spacious, very clean and very safe, would recommend.

To be honest I could not find fault with anything, but if someone needed a job a reading light over the bed would be handy . Lovely bed side lamps there , but for me a light over the bed would be brilliant.

We had breakfast in the apartment most mornings as we had a fully equipped kitchen and supermarkets on our door step . Also had two fussy grandkids, so it was more convenient for us to eat in .
