It has quite a bit of stairs. We are an older couple. So I would prefer little to no stairs.

The location was awesome! The AC was a plus, and a must for us. We were surprised when we arrived every afternoon and the room was completely clean. Talk about top of the line service. Everytime I sent a message, I quickly got a reply. The common area was another great benefit.

At night, the square in front was filled with few people. However, the street / streets from the square towards Time Put Market … I don’t even know how to describe it. It was a non-stop party place, but not the kind where you would feel safe. A lot of people were consuming different substances, or drinking, or sleeping on the street towards the early hours of the morning. It is ok to stay there as a couple or group of friends, but would not recommend going with children. There is a parking near-by, which has a good price if you are living in Portugal or Spain (you need to register in the app). If you are not a resident of those countries … it is insanely expensive …

The appartment was wonderful! Beautifully decorated and great layout. Location close to main attractions. Very easy access, great host!

The shower head quality can be improved.

The apartment's location is just perfect! You won't be needing the public transport to travel, everything is just super close! I would highly recommend this place.

The internet connection was rather weak, and the air conditioning remote was broken — it could only be set to one temperature. Luckily, the fixed setting of 25°C was enough to keep the room cool. Sound insulation between rooms was quite poor, so I could hear my neighbors. Also, there was a slightly odd general smell in the building.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent — close to the city center and public transport stops. My room was cleaned daily, everything was tidy. I had a beautiful view from the window and more than two pillows, which was a nice touch. There’s a shared kitchenette available, and if I ever ran out of towels or toiletries, they were freely accessible. I could also leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out, which was very convenient. And best of all — after a full day of sightseeing, I didn’t have to climb a hill to get back. :)

I wouldn't change anything.

If you can work the Lisbon metro (not too hard) then it's a short walk from Cais de Sodré. A shortish walk from the sea front, which is nice of an evening (bars, places to eat), and also a short walk from the old centre, shops, monuments. The accommodation itself is accessed by a code sent before you arrive, easy to work, but apart from a few friendly cleaners there's no interaction with staff. Small communal area, well equipped. Comfy room, quite large, good bathroom.

I liked how central it was. The room and facilities were excellent, lovely fresh and clean air about the whole apartment and the room was very different as you had steps down to it, with lovely high ceilings and functional air conditioning.

There is no ‘do not clean/disturbe’ sign, therefore the staff enters and cleans the room every day. It feels not secure

The water in the shower wasn’t draining properly, which caused some puddling on the floor. It would be great if this could be fixed to enhance the guest experience.

Comfy room with a great view! It had everything we needed for our stay - an iron, a kitchen, and lockers. It was regularly cleaned and helped us enjoy the city.

For me personally, the bed was very hard and I had trouble sleeping. It was a bit pricey for what it was.

It was clean and it was in a good location. And they had thick windows to try and keep out the outside noise. The owners/managers were responsive via phone or email when I had any questions. But there was no one actually there to help or give any information. As this was my first trip to Portugal, I had hoped that I might have a human that I could get some information from!

It was a tad noisy I.e. could hear other guests snoring but as long as you have ear plugs shouldn’t be an issue!

The location is great, close to the river, with cafes and bars, and public transport and easy walk. Great sound proofing so noise was not an issue. Very clean, kitchen had all the expected amenities, though we only made tea/coffee and used the fridge. Access was very easy with the key code provided before arrival. Would recommend and would stay again.

The sea view , was really partial , overlooking towards the sea , but trees blocked the sea view and could only see a small part of it.

The room was beautiful and clean. Every day our room was cleaned and we got fresh towels. The location is great, really close to public transportation and cool restaurants.

Location was great, we wanted to be near the historical district and train station. Despite being next to the cable cars and buses the windows are pretty sound proof and things were pretty quite at night.
