Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The reception staff were very professional and helpful, walking us through maps and tours of Lisbon and Sintra. Tour pickup right in front of hotel. Room was spacious, bedding very comfortable, and beautiful view of the castle and historic areas. Complimentary welcome drinks, room stocked with bottled water every day. Breakfast was a welcome treat, good selection of hot and cold, even special request for egg omelets. Highly recommend this hotel,

United StatesThe mater bathroom though spacious needed some renovation. The shower in the second bedroom didn’t work as well as in the master but was helpful to have for a family and the second room was small but had access to the patio area which helped alleviate the limited space.
The property is in Chiado which is a beautiful part of Lisbon. The family suite was a great option for us- two bedrooms with a small outdoor patio. The staff were immensely helpful! The rooms were clean and the master bedroom spacious. The restaurant was very good and the staff were excellent. On Wednesday nights they provide a lovely Fado performance.
