Spacious hotel and rooms in tranquil part of the town, just 20 minutes walk from the main square. Lovely outdoor pool. Excellent staff and friendly atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble.

Check in did not met my expectations (no information was provided, welcome drinks were offered but not delivered). Restaurant staff was struggling to take orders, and food and drinks were taking too long to be handed over. Overall, I did not like the services provided at the hotel, but it has good facilities and a nice location though.

The pool was big enough for the amount of guests and was a nice, calm and relaxing place with poolside service, drinks and food, comfortable chairs and sofa, the room was confortable with a nice view and a mini bar. The staff was amazing and very helpfull.

The spa area could be better; the pool could be warmer, with more jets, and it could have a jacuzzi. The sauna was very small and didn't fit in with the rest of the hotel. It was a excelent space, but it could be better to match the rest of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Excellent service, great facilities, tasty breakfast, and a convenient location close to major attractions.

Very good breakfast, very good beds, a excellent gym really good for serious sporters that want to workout. Heavy barbells are there and techogym equipment ! ...this hotel has everything also nice pool !

The best thing was the outdoor pool, indoor pool and sauna. The hotel has a gorgeous view of the valley. And the pool area is fantastic. It has a nice restaurant for breakfast (buffet), snack options by the pool, and a restaurant open for dinner.

We went in August which is a busy time, so dont be fooled by that photo of a peaceful pool, in reality the pool was packed with people and screaming kids. I understand it’s the busy season. The indoor pool is meant to be adult only, but some kids managed to sneak in, and were screaming and splashing water. This is meant to be the relaxing area where you can also get massages, and sauna. Unfortunately there were no staff members to ask the kids to leave. The hotel on the outside looks like a hospital, perhaps a paint could help it look less sad. Inside it’s nice though!

Friendly staff. Really helpful. The shared facilities are stunning. The rooms are basic but really clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. The kids really enjoy the pool - it is quite a setting.

The architecture of the building. Quite surprising that no real attention has been given to the exterior aesthetic. Unfortunately rooms have no balconies, but the pool setting and shared terrasse compensate.

Beautiful design, great pool area, and amazing staff. Breakfast is varied, and rooms match the photos (though a bit dark).

The location isn’t very touristy, and there’s not much to do nearby. Also, the hotel isn’t lit from the outside at night, which is a sad since the outdoor area could be nice to enjoy.

We had several minor issues, including lack of cleaning in one day, dirty plates that would accumulate in the loungers for hours, that started to take a toll on us, leaving us frustrated. Staff are generally friendly, but they are too young and lacking proper training for a 4-star hotel. We really appreciated that at the end, someone in charge (Gonçalo), took note of all our complaints and genuinely tried to understand how to improve the guests’ experience in the future. We’ll give it another shot next year.
