The spa area could be better; the pool could be warmer, with more jets, and it could have a jacuzzi. The sauna was very small and didn't fit in with the rest of the hotel. It was a excelent space, but it could be better to match the rest of the hotel.

The pool was big enough for the amount of guests and was a nice, calm and relaxing place with poolside service, drinks and food, comfortable chairs and sofa, the room was confortable with a nice view and a mini bar. The staff was amazing and very helpfull.

The architecture of the building. Quite surprising that no real attention has been given to the exterior aesthetic. Unfortunately rooms have no balconies, but the pool setting and shared terrasse compensate.

Friendly staff. Really helpful. The shared facilities are stunning. The rooms are basic but really clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. The kids really enjoy the pool - it is quite a setting.

The location isn’t very touristy, and there’s not much to do nearby. Also, the hotel isn’t lit from the outside at night, which is a sad since the outdoor area could be nice to enjoy.

This is a great hotel. Excellent location with nice view of the hills around Lamego. Good infrastructure, nice pool, spa, etc. Rooms were spacious with nice view of the hills, bathroom also very nice. The service was outstanding, at reception Jessica and Rita, both lovely. Same at brekfast, which was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel, it was also great quality food.

Pictures are a bit misleading with low angles and overhead shots. Overall hotel building is pretty dated and overlooks a road. The restaurant menu is pretty limited.

This is a comfortable, modern hotel close to the historic centre of Lamego. It includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a good restaurant (though with a limited menu), a well stocked bar and several attractive alfresco areas for relaxing and sunbathing. We found the staff very friendly, efficient, courteous and attentive. Our room was dual aspect with views of the valley and the hotel pool. It was light, clean, spacious and air conditioned. We had a great few days here and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Everything. From hospitality to food to service. We were upgraded to a suite so the room was spacious and excellent. The hotel design is nice and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. I had one of the best pina coladas in life :) Regarding the service, young people were working and overall we were impressed from everything :) And it is 20min walking from the center

The rooms were not very well insulated and there was a lot of noise at night. You could hear your neighbours talking, using the toilet and closing the bathroom door.

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed two meals in the bar , which were well presented and good value for money. All the staff at the hotel were polite, courteous and helpful.
