Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenWe stayed in Room 01, which was adapted. However, a note for anyone with reduced mobility or needing physical support: while the room itself is accessible, the shower design is not ideal. Their seating is in the same space as the shower regulator, poking you on your back, u will turn the shower off many times and it's not usable for someone who doesn't have abs. This isn’t really the hotel’s fault — it’s a poor design choice by whoever created the layout and labeled it "accessible."
We stayed at the Ibis mainly because it's overall very wheelchair accessible. Ramp in and around the pool area, elevator, super good. great location — it’s super close to the airport, shopping mall and city centre which makes it perfect for anyone catching an early flight. A big bonus: free parking on site! Another major plus for us was that the hotel is dog-friendly — that was a key reason we chose it. The pool was a lovely surprise and definitely a nice touch for a short stay. Breakfast was solid, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes.
