Absolutely love the stay! The room was lovely with a beautiful view of the sea which we enjoyed from the balcony. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, the pools were clean and inviting with plenty of of loungers. The highlight is the exceptional staff be it Jason at the reception, Leanor and Lucia at the spa and Shalini in the kitchen. Definitely recommend the property.

ArmeniaSelling tap water for the dinner is ridiculous and even offensive. If you sell water, it must be at least not a tap water. It is as ridiculous as selling fresh air. The staff on the grill sometimes has an irritating manner to insist on their ideas or traditions of grilling meat or fish, especially when you demand meat cooked medium-rear or rear. Anyway all these shortcomings are too unworthy to overcome the all and all perfect ambience we had in hotel. So thanks again for almost flawless service.
Both the breakfast and the dinner were outstanding. I had a little remark about washing the eggs and resor clams, but the staff had already fixed the problem by the end of my vacation. Plenty of seafood and even lobsters once a week. Water purification machines, that provide both still and sparkling water, were also a good bonus.

Iberostar is in a great location in Lagos, the hotel itself is very well maintained and the rooms were very comfortable (we stayed in pool view room) Ana and Edson made checking in very easy and even though we arrived at 10am for a 1500 check in we were very much looked after. Complimentary breakfast and full use of the pool facilities for the day. Karan by the pool bar was fantastic and he really brought brightness to our day. Each and every one of the star camp members Sophia, Katrina and Noemi really care about the kids and made the in house entertainment fun and enjoyable. The food was amazing fresh lots of choice throughly enjoyed, I also really like how the hotel has a focus on sustainability with water filters and can refill daily at your own leisure. Beautiful beach across the road and a lovely walk/ run along the boardwalk in Lagos (20-25min walk) our 5 year old did with us on a several occasions. We will definitely be back and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lagos

Always options available for vegetarian for half board, only thing id feedback on is perhaps having a few more protein options to go along vegetarian crusines such as tofu, soya and for main dishes egg plant bake (aubergine) is a quick and easy win rather than pasta and pizza everyday with veggies. Soup selection was great. Food was all very tasty just a few more options for vegetarian would make if more varied. Thank you all.

United KingdomThis is some feedback for the hotel to improve. Buffet food was always cold or luke warm which is such a shame and easily fixed and if this had been fixed I would give the hotel a 9/10. Also, from a food safety perspective meat and fish dishes should be hot. Food labelling in the restaurant should explain what the different symbols mean. Many days at breakfast, there was only bacon and no sausages or only the salami type of sausages. No one in the restaurants could understand English very well which made it difficult to know what some foods were or the ingredients. Items requested via app were not received (duvet, extra hangers). Nothing to do nearby, and Lagos town is okay for a two day trip but you need a car to get around further than that but the hotel is so nice and relaxing to be in so this wasn't too bad.
Excellent buffet for half board. Great variety. Service in restaurant was exceptional, very well run in terms of seating and all the staff are super friendly. Compliments to the chef and all the cooks. Gurpreet on the grill cooked the fish and steak beautifully, it was perfect every time. The hotel is beautifully designed and laid out. It’s the most peaceful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you're a seafood fan then the variety offered at the buffet is amazing, they had a seafood night with lobsters, mussels, sushi etc. Rooms were very clean. The pools are fabulous. The hotel works hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Most staff seem happy and proud to work at this hotel which is really nice to see.
