The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was spotless and there was a great selection of food. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, great size room, good breakfast. We arrived at 11.30am and were allowed to check in early which was a fab bonus and check out wasnt till 12.00 although we did leave earlier as we had a coach to catch. Overall a great stress free experience. Thank You

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Hotel parking garage was unavailable during our stay, but there was another parking lot nearby. 30-minutes walk (mainly downhill) from the hotel to the riverbank in Porto, so it’s easy to walk to many wonderful sites, restaurants, and shops. Return walk is uphill, so get your cardio workout in (or take a taxi).

No fault of the hotel, but fellow guests who remove large quantities of food from the breakfast buffet and then take it away for their lunch or snacks, despite signs on every table reminding them not to do so.

The buffet breakfast. The spacious room. The bathroom with an excellent shower and lots of hand-wash, shampoo and conditioner. Easy, friendly checkin. Mini fridge in room. Comfortably firm beds. Housekeeping who understand the Do Not Disturb sign. Easy pick up point for Uber.

I was disappointed with the check-in experience at this hotel. The lady who checked us in could have been more welcoming. Maybe this was not her intention, but she came across as dismissive and not quite polite. This might seem like something minor, but first impressions matter, and, unfortunately, this kind of interaction can set a negative tone for the stay, when there's no need for it.

We loved the location of the hotel: quiet and lovely area, close to the city center. The room was comfy and the huge terrace was a really nice surprise. Happy with the breakfast.

Not that I did not like but if I would compare how breakfast look like vs pics presented - well - wish to see breakfasts served like that. Not saying these were not good - would say we’re ok for 3 star hotel but pics just do not show how these look like 🙂

All was good, was not expecting to have fitness equipment being placed in my room, I know I need to go on some diet once I will come back from vacation - but really?! 🤣

Hotels parking policy. If you only need to park your car for one night but have a multiple night stay you have to pay for parking for the length of your stay. We didn't choose that very expensive option. The young man at the front desk was very helpful and got us a much better parking option right beside the hotel.

Location in upper town. Excellent helpful front desk staff, especially the man in the evenings.

Construction work on the road right outside the window of the room significantly reduced the comfort of the stay.

Room was really clean and nice, it was plenty of space for a hotel room, it could be a little bit more light in it, evenings were dark in this room. I loved terrace it was huge :D One and only little inconvenience was toilet in which you could hear all the noises from the neighboring toilet ;) Breakfasts were tasty and rich. helpful and friendly staff.

Room was a very good size and very clean, breakfast very adequate. The hotel is a pleasant 15 min walk down hill to the centre and Marquis Metro stop is close by.
