I'd suggest having air conditioning in the rooms. I opened the windows to refresh it, though.

The hotel is in good location right in the city center. It is a lovely and well decorated building. The room is comfortable and it was very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast has a good sort. I'd definitely stay there again.

Rooms are the biggest, cleanest and best appointed that we found at this price point. Helpful staff, allowed to park the bikes right below the room window. Well located for the river / prom and the old town

I could have sworn I read it had free parking, but it doesn’t—guests are directed to a public lot at €12.50/day. No big deal.

Everything was great. Breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel is super central—you can walk everywhere—and the staff are lovely. Very comfortable beds, modern rooms, and it’s clear the owners keep the hotel well maintained.

Fantastic location rather base if the old city if Coimbra. Building was historic but updated enough to be very comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent and staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a distinctive smell from the bathroom pipes. It was necessary to keep the window open all the time.

This is one of the best hotels in central Coimbra. It's run by a warm and welcoming family who are both kind and highly professional. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring everything on foot. A great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a personal touch.

We had a really great view on the city center and the room was really spacious. At breakfast they served fresh and ripe fruits, which I love in Portugal. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Car parking was extra for €12,50 per 24h in a closeby garage. The hotel is central and everything in the city center is within walking distance.

Parking was offsite in a municipal garage. Because of construction it was challenging.

There is no parking on the premises. Have to store the vehicle in pay parking some walking distance away. Breakfast was fine but limited.

Nothing - it was an excellent place to stay

It is very well located , right next to the express bus stop to the “Coimbra B” train station and next to the old train station that appears to be under renovation. It’s also at the foot of the old city and downtown, in easy walking distance to everything. The hotel Is also very evidently a lovingly family owned and operated business, and the staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant throughout my stay.

Two things I didn’t like: the breakfast lacked healthier options, and I would have preferred a coffee machine in the room.

The staff was really friendly, and the location of the hotel was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. It was easy to catch an Uber, taxi, or even public transportation to other parts of the city, and at the same time, there were nice restaurants just around the corner.
