The host, Daniel, is very friendly. We booked two rooms for me, my son and my mother. Unfortunately my mother didn’t feel well so I asked if he has a room for the three of us. It was no problem and we got a nice apartment.

Peaceful location about 20 minute walk from the old centre. Daniel was a very helpful and friendly host who gave us lots of information about things to see and do and also good restaurants in the area. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Lovely stay, thank you.

Leaving this marvelous place with a familiar atmosphere.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area ca 600 mts distant to the main road where you find everything you need. Rooms are comfortable, equipped with TV and fridge. Some have a balcony to watch the sunset. Rooms are exceptionally clean with daily service. You can arrange a good breakfast. Owner Daniel is friendly and helpful and has excellent knowledge about the region. He offers laundry service as well. The attached bar is home to a nice cat.

It's a bit over priced and outdated but that seems to be the going rate in this area.

Large room and bathroom. Shower has good pressure and hot water. Everything is clean. Daniel is very kind and helpful giving lots of info on what to see and do as well as restaurant recommendations. He speaks English and a few other languages. Street parking is easily available. Wifi is very good. Breakfast is excellent with many choices.

Everything was great. A nice warm welcome from Daniel and some great recommendations. The hotel has everything we needed for a one night stay after a late flight.

Our room was a large one with a terrace, very clean. The breakfast was a decent selection, but Daniel was very eager to meet all our expectation, even baked extra croissants for us. The only minus was he location if you plan to do sightseeing , car is a must.

Location might be a little far from waterfront for some but I like walking. Liked having frig in room and would also like microwave, if that could be added.

Host was sooo kind and responsive. Gave many recommendations of things to do, places to go, and places to eat. Served a delicious breakfast every morning and kept checking in to see if I needed anything and if everything was okay. He also offered a sun umbrella for beach. Not a sea view but very good value! Easily took ferry to beaches on Caltura and Farol and train for day trip to Tavira.

What? Anyone found something wrong?

I can warmly recommend! Extremely attentive host, carefully maintained guesthouse, large and well equipped room, good breakfast. It is located in the suburbs. I did not rent a car, even so access to the city center, train station and ferry is easy: either by the city bus (stops are a few steps away, it does not run on Sundays) or a 25-30 minutes comfortable walk. I come to the Algarve twice a year, I feel at home here and this accommodation made my feeling even better.

It is not in a very touristic and accessible place, might not be easy to reach without a car

Very good value for money and the host is super friendly and helpful. He even had a big tv with videos to show you the options around. Great breakfast too!
