We skipped breakfast. Not many choices. Coffee was terrible!!! Strange that all the staff members were having their breakfast from the very same buffet. We saw one of them putting back some cake and taking other pieces. We went to the PingoDoce for breakfast. There was no ice available and the pool towels were hardly available

Hotel with simple but nice swimming pool. The hotel needs some updating. Bed was comfortable but the sleep sofa was lumpy. Staff was very nice and helpful. She advised me 2 restaurants that were perfect for dinner.

The location was great. The room was a double room with a bed added but wasn't really big enough. It was fine though as we didn't stay long at the room. Breakfast was what you would expect and good.

The plastic shower curtain and the air conditioning badly oriented. At night, we found ants in the bathroom that disappeared in the morning. The hairdryer didn't work properly.

Amount of coffee from the coffee machine at the breakfast.

First, I have to talk about the place: it is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the historic village where you can park your car and relax. The view of the villa is limited but it is a nice view of the valley. Rooms are cosy. Breakfast is ok... the coffee machine was not my preferred device but the food was nice.

Pleasant hotel with easy parking in a tranquil location a short walk from the city main gate. Nice garden with views over the countryside. Excellent breakfast ( except for the coffee which was undrinkable). Many of the fittings were a little tired, but overall good value for money.

There was a lack of channels on the TV but when you’re staying in a town as beautiful as Obidos who stays in to watch TV?

A spotless room and hotel which is in an excellent location - an easy walk into the town centre. The staff were brilliant- very friendly and helpful. Although I didn’t use it, the swimming pool was of a good size and obviously well maintained. The garden area was lovely - again well maintained. There was a good selection for breakfast including pastries, croissants, rolls, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereals and much more.

The castle now a hotel so could not see. The famous Santa Maria Church was closed. Very disappointed.

The anti-slip mat had black spots which gives me the impression they were not regularly cleaned. Interior can look a bit dated. Although it is very close to Obidos, there is not alot of street lighting in the area but this is out of the Hotel's control.

Ample parking available and a comfortable walking distance to Obidos. Staff are accommodating and overall a great stay. Breakfast was included and meet most of our expectations. The room was ok size but struggled opening 3 suitcases in one room, bathroom had a bidet which was great.

Dated hotel that is very bare bones. The beds, lighting, etc. could all use an upgrade.
