Some of the furniture was a little old/broken but the main furniture such as beds etc was fine.

Very cute property and location, overlooking a bustling square with lots of little food and drink spots. Room was really quiet and no noise from the square.

The reception area was a little scary when the Uber driver dropped us off. It's not the nicest looking place it's very funky and I was really concerned about what the room is going to look like, and then I was concerned when the receptionist said it's in a different building and helped us carry our bag a block and a half away. I was even more concerned at that point. But once we got to our room I loved it. I'm not sure why the reception area is so far from the rooms although they managed I think several buildings it still was 100% worth it

Our room overlooked the neighborhood square/park which was a social gathering place at night. It was an adorable room and I was concerned about there being noise with so many people in the park below but when she closed the windows and the shutters it was perfectly fine. The staff is great very accommodating I love the location for our visit

Unfortunately we had to wait for 40 minutes before we could check-in. There was nobody on reception , so this was a little bit confusing. As our trip was time-limited, we didn’t want to waste our time. Also there are no free parking options around the property, so if you travel by car, I suggest parking further. Very tiny streets with limited space.

Very good location, in the city center of Lisbon. There are a lot of restaurants and cafeterias around the property. Easy to reach main streets by short walk. Beautiful building, awesome renovated exterior. Friendly staff.

The rooms were not well sound proofed so I heard every time doors open and closed and everyone passing through the stairwell late at night and early morning.

The stairs! They are quite steep and uneven. (Very old buildings so it’s expected but hard for someone with mobility issues)

The single room is really tiny. So much that it is for maximum of one or two nights.

The set up of the flat and the comply beds.

It’s a busy area with a restaurant downstairs and around 2am a fight between a few guys erupted it was very loud a bit scary.

A few more towels in bathroom. And paper towels in kitchen.

Staff was excellent. Addie helped us with lost luggage and gave us wonderful tips on restaurants. This was a great introduction to Portugal thru her care and information.

The location was in one of the lively neighborhoods with lots of bars (one on the ground floor under us) and it got quite noisy during the night up until 2-3 am. But since I have no problems with sleeping under noises it was okay. Another point could be the door of the bathroom-the lock doesn’t work. But not too much of a problem for us

The room and the bathroom were very clean. We had everything we needed for a couple of nights - coffee machine, teapot, AC, towels and a little but very beautiful garden for having breakfast. The breakfast was very good for the price. The second day when we were out they did clean the room and the bathroom and even folded our clothes) the staff was very polite and friendly.

The guest houses are on the second and third floors and the steps are steep. Rooms with a 200# are on the third floor. Also, the guest houses are across from a bar or night club that plays thumping loud music until 2:30am, which woke me. Not sure what could be done but I don’t think I could recommend or stay at this beautiful place gain because of the noise and the crowd of people outside the rooms until very late at night.

The reception team was so friendly, helpful and professional. They did anything they could to accommodate our requests. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

Spacious and comfortable apartment for two people, basic but has everything needed for a short visit. Large bed, small kitchenette, spacious and modern bathroom with an excellent shower. We loved the location- walkable to most of the places we wanted to visit, in a vibrant part of the city. Staff at check it and check out were lovely and welcoming. Room was also available a few hours early which was a bonus.

I like the cosiness of the place. It is not big but spacious enough for a couple of days. Living like a Porto local has its charm. The staff was super lovely and the breakfast delivered in a basket in the morning at your chosen time was lovely. The little park around the corner is perfect to finish up a long day exploring Porto with heaps of bars and restaurants surrounding the park. A small supermarket is also just around the corner.

Fantastic location in the centre of a community square surrounded by bars and good restaurants. Helpful check in and excellent cleaning staff. Apartment was comfy but a tiny wash & shower room.
