Perfect location Stayed here with my 7 year old Son Great market across the road with fresh fish, fruit, handmade souvenirs. Ferry Port to Troia Beach across the road (11 euros return) was able to visit Family in Palmela (cost under 10 Euro in Uber) Lots of restaurants, places of interest, and didn't feel like a "tourist trap," downloaded the "Questo" app, and had lots of fun discovering things around the area. Big supermarket across the road. Every evening, there was an outdoor bar/cafe friendly staff that played music 🎶 kids able to run around and had a lovely atmosphere . Would definitely return to this hotel, and the price was very reasonable Location is 10/10 Found a cafe making crepes around the corner on the last day (highly recommended) Big bathroom, good shower

The view from the room was not so beautiful but it was not the most important to have.

The location is perfect, just near the historical centre, and in the same not on these narrow streets, which is wonderful. Elevator, little fridge in the room. Breakfast is very good, a lot of choice. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Everything clean. There was also provided a cot for our baby.

Labelling the food being served for breakfast, since this is a 4-star hotel. Make sure water is available in the rooms at least on the first day.

The breakfast option is okay. The view is quite amazing in the morning. Location is fine, and noise levels are low.

The property was definitely not a 4 star - it’s more like a 2 or 3 star. Furniture and rooms looked dated and could use an upgrade.

There isn’t anything specific we disliked—overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. One suggestion for the future might be to provide an iron in each room, rather than having to request and return it every time.

We appreciated the cleanliness of both the room and the hotel overall. The room was spacious, and the location is central—within walking distance of key attractions, including the port. A special thanks to the reception staff for their kind support in offering us a late check-out after we attended a wedding the night before our departure.

The mattress was too firm for my comfort. There were not enough hangers in the room. The reception staff could have been more proactive—they responded to greetings but never initiated them.

No convenient 24 hour parking area. Also, when I got there it was a problem with the parking ticket machine, something that the staff knew about but didn't inform about beforehand.. Not very helpful of the staff.

The matresss hard. The breakfast was mediocre. Oddly, our windows opened to a rooftop that was surrounded by windows in hallways & could open. We didn't feel it was safe to keep the windows open when we left the room for fear of someone coming into our room in this way. We didn't feel unsafe, just a thought about the hallway windows.

The breakfast selection was excellent but when I arrived about 9.30 am, the cooked foods were cold. Otherwise the whole experience was very good, including location, value, cleanliness and staff.
