Good location, near the metro station. The room was really nice and had a balcony, but not a good view. A good price for the room.

Toilet seat broken and kept sliding off toilet, but I let front desk know upon checkout. Really small elevators and hallways, but this is normal in Portugal. Beautiful balcony view.

Very clean, small restaurant on site with good food, close to the airport and took a Bolt (Uber). Staff spoke English and very helpful. This hotel has A/C!! Secure front entrance.

Staff was always very nice and helpfull, excelent parking option for a very fair rate. Great location. Rooftop balconny is a very nice surprise.

We were staying at the 6th floor which is right under the restaurant. From 8am to 10am the only thing we would hear are every chair being dragged on the floor. It made a really loud noise and disturbed my sleep. We also went for breakfast the first day, we paid 24€ for pastries which is way too much for what it's worth. There's parking in the streets really near, you need to pay from 9:00 am to 19h00 from Monday to Friday. The parking on the weekend is free, I would suggest not paying the 10€ parking from the hotel if you are staying the weekend.

The staff are really nice, free sangria as a welcome gift. The rooms are pretty clean and the bed is huge.

Wifi is not good, keeps disconnecting and when it connects barely works. Someone at the rooftop can also scam you in the rooftop prices. we wanted a small bottle of water which in the room menu says it’s 2.50 euros, she told us it’s €3. That small bottle of water costed 0.25 cents in the grocery store/mercado that’s across the street from the hotel.

The room is clean spacious and has a fridge and a kettle set to make your tea. there’s also a balcony and windows in the room and bathroom, towels get changes everyday. Overall a very comfortable room.

There was a hair on one of the beds, and the shower head moved so the bathroom was flooded if it wasn’t held in place.

You could tell the hotel was a bit dated - needed a fresh coat of paint or minor maintenance in some places. The bathroom was clean but the shower was absolutely tiny. The biggest drawback was that the hotel, while yes the location is good and close to metro, is up a giant hill from both directions so bear this in mind if you have access issues/lots of luggage/can't walk much.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, the rooms good size and comfortable beds. Not had breakfast but went for snacks and drinks in the bar upstairs - quite decent for fries etc - we also received free sangria when checking in which is a nice touch - was delicious! Close to transport links - buses and two metro stations nearby, some nice local restaurants too. Supermarket and pharmacy across the road.

The hotel si very noisy, you can hear noise from elevator and also from rooms two floors above, you can hear absolutelly everything through walls and celling. Common premises are small (not enough tables for breakfast), reception and entrance area is old and disgusting. The room was big but there were no shelves for cloth and shower was extremely small.

Nice and helpful staff, very good location close to underground and not far from airport. The room was clean. Two comfortable pillows in each bed.
