Lovely clean, quiet apartment with excellent facilities. In a great location of Portimão. Close to restaurants, shops etc. Paula is very kind and gave us great advice, she is the perfect hostess. We will definitely stay again.

We liked everything about the apartment but it took some time to adjust to the mattress in the bedroom, cooking with a gas stove and showering with instant gas hot water.

Paula kept in touch by messages with us during the drive from Lisbon, and was waiting for us when we arrived to stay for most of March. She took the time to show us where to park, how things worked in the apartment and how to reach her. She followed up each week, helped us with some minor issues that came up and event met us for coffee. This apartment is close to the river walkway, close to Old Town, close to shopping and a short drive to Praia da Rocha and other Algarve activities. Having a designated indoor parking spot was great, as was our Fiat 5000 rented for the month at a good rate through Booking.com and Green Motion.

The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need. Paula could not have been more helpful on our arrival. It has secure underground parking if you have a hire car and there are a host of excellent restaurants nearby.

Nothing, all was perfect!

Super comfortable apartment, very close to the docks and the maritime area, where most of restaurants and bars are located. Quiet, very well equiped and extremely clean. And above all, the hosts were just fantastic, being kind and supportive with us in every moment. We will book It again if we return to Portimao, for sure. Thank you, we enjoyed a beautiful time there! :)

Nothing really comes to mind.

No meals provided. The location was excellent for any part of Portimao and within easy walking distance of the attractive old town centre and the river. Also very easy to access fast road links to North, East, and West.

Everything was excellent

Great apartment in an excellent location, only a five minute walk from the waterfront with bars and restaurants, fabulous food market, supermarkets, theatre, cinema etc. Very comfortable and clean accomodation, large sunny balcony, one of the best apartments we have stayed in and the host Paula is wonderful, everything was explained to us when we checked in and if we had any questions, they were answered quickly - you could not wish for a better host! We will definitely stay again when we come back to Portimao.........

No dishwaher which was a problem because I like cooking. Otherwise everything you needed from towels to dishwahser was there and it would have been difficult to position a dshwasher in the kitchen. Also usually unlike us couples go out and eat and there is plenty of choice within walking distance.

The location, condition of the building and the apartment were just what we hoped for, in fact even nicer. Paula was very efficient, friendly and helpful and welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a thorough tour of the flat and told us everything we needed to know, from the keys to using the cooker to entering and leaving the garage and we had the feeling we could contact her if we needed to know something. Although it is in the city centre opposite the stadium it was very quiet especially at night as the bedroom faces the inner court. The apartment had a lovely balcony, good kitchen, nice sitting room and spacious bedroom with ample cupboards. Wifi was very good and I could do my zoom classes from the apartment. The TV offered a good choice of channels. Everything is very clean and well kept and we enjoyed living there.

Paula treated us like best friends. Thank you very much, Paula! Very clean apartment. We lived in it for 18 days and we had two cleanings and two changes of bed linen and towels during this period. Lots of kitchen utensils and appliances, large fridge, good air conditioning in the bedroom, very comfortable new mattress, plenty of space for personal belongings and clothes. Large loggia. Convenient and secure private underground parking. The apartment is located near the city center and 1.8 km from the beautiful Praia da Rocha beach. But the distance wasn’t a problem for us at all - we love to walk. In addition, there is a spacious free parking lot near the beach, and you can go to the beach by car. On the other hand, the central location has many advantages. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, food shops and two large supermarkets nearby - LIDL and Continente (the best!).

The bed was very uncomfortable. It needs changing. Small shower. Awkward access. The TV needs updating to a modern model with internet connection (Netflix, Disney, Prime).

The location was good. Close to Ribeirinha area, supermarkets and transport. The flat was spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Paula was an excellent host, helpful and friendly. She booked our taxis and provided information, keeping contact open while we were there.
