How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The shower hose is a bit broken and the hot water supply stopped one night probably due to some renovation work downstairs. But overall it’s not a huge problem.
The location is excellent. Very close to metro station and tourist spots are within walking distance. Customer service is also superb. We’re arriving very early in the morning and they let us check in earlier. And there seemed to be a storage space for luggages if the room isn’t available for early check in. They also provide some free drinks. Very thoughtful!

One tiny shower cubicle/bathroom for 5 adults. No seating area, sofas, coat hangers. A leaking air conditioning system in the main room. No cleaning or towel change included, can be requested at an extra cost. Final clean charged upon booking. The double bed is tiny, and the mattress needs changing, as the springs can be felt. No MATTRESS PROTECTORS - the single mattresses were new, it would be a shame to allow for them to get covered in stains.

We were not provided with sofa bed sheets and only 2 towels are provided when we are 3 people. I wrote to them and they asked me to check under sofa. I sent them pics as well . They kept on telling to check near by drawers etc etc while my stay completed . We adjusted with y what they provided . Not satisfied with their answers. This one is not on them but we got Ground floor accomodation. It was very noisy like when someone talk next door , or walk from top floor on stairs you will hear their noise . We stayed for 2 nights and I guess people were coming around late nights 2 or 3 pm and we woke up multiple times. Sleep is not good . As it was only for 2 nights I did not looked for other place otherwise wouldn’t have compromised .
City centre and everything is reachable with public transportation. Rooms are spacious and ventilation is good. They provided us welcome drink and good gesture . If it is for short stay then go on .

When Contact office but didn't give response.when I make breakfast then fire alarm on how to close this I don't know so I call many more time but didn't respond my massage and call then come police also I saw all police how to turn alarm how to close this police told me its your apartment woner problem he solve and take my all information.....after 1hour turn alarm. All people are disturb its not fair about responsibility olala member...

No heating. Just wind from the unit. WhatsApp help not helpful. Dust clumps. Charged us city tax for kids although they’re exempt. Didn’t respond when we told them this.
Shower good. Coffee and beer for guests.

. The shower is way too small even for Europe. The doors didn’t close properly and pretty hard to take a proper shower. Bathroom smelled like feces and urine entire time. Even with the windows open the air was stale and no ventilation. Musty and damp at all times. Definitely need improvements, what a disappointment

The window leaked badly from the rain. There was building works in the property, very dusty and you could smell the plaster dust in our room. No personal response from host, we kept getting a robot response that did not address any of our concerns. We couldn't stay and had to book elsewhere. Very costly.

No lift but I knew before I booked
Location and price. Excellent and responsive customer service via WhatsApp. They also included little extras like espresso coffee, juice and port and beer in the fridge.
