The accomodation was beautiful, and Emanuel was an absolute perfect host! He gave us the best, most thorough recommendations for the whole island, and was a gracious host checking in on us throughout our stay. He responded to all our questions promptly and helped us organise an early morning taxi without any issues or questions. This was my second time staying in Ponta Delgada and he truly made it a memorable experience! Thank you!!

The place has been lovingly restored and is very comfortable. It has a nice kitchen, which I didn't use, as well as a nice little outdoor area. It had everything I needed as I was there for work. There was nearby parking. The owner was very helpful.

The room was spotless, spacious and recently refurbished . The renovated house has a shared living room area and kitchen well equipped with microwave, oven and fridge where you can cook. It is conveniently located not far from the town centre. Mr. Emanuel the host was really kind and attentive, giving us detailed information including websites about ponta delgada and surrounding areas. He was incredibly helpful with everything, taking care of our needs and arranging a taxi to go to the airport . Recommended!

Many stairs to 3rd floor, if you have big luggage be prepared for that. I don’t suggest people has mobility book 3rd floor, very challenging. There is a dog nearby building barking loud at night non stop for long periods of time.

It’s excellent location, walking distance to the mall, downtown, port etc. This room is a good size , and it has everything you needed. The host is very friendly helpful for many things.

I needed some horizontal spaces in the room to put my things. There was only a small desk and 2 round bedside tables

Excellent small guesthouse with an outstanding host, big rooms, AC, nice showers, good WiFI, and easy free parking in a public lot behind the house. The shared kitchen was great to have. I travel solo, so it was nice to meet some of the other guests for conversation over our DIY breakfasts. Located on a quiet steet, perhaps 10 min walk from the harbor. Before I arrived I connected with Emanue on WhatsApp. He sent many suggestions about restaurants and sights to see. He also wrote clear instructions about the location of the parking lot, and everything about my room and the house.
