Staff weirdly knocked on our door multiple times until we answered at 8:30pm, announcing “it’s reception”, just so give us a thank-you brownie. I’m not sure if this is cultural but very weird and at this time of night felt invasive. Also the internet was annoying to have to reconnect to wifi each session.

Thank you to all the welcoming staff! From the cheese and wine the first evening I arrived to the gorgeous homemade treats at night it was a wonderful place to stay. Great access to everywhere by walking, organic produce for breakfast which I loved, and clean/ new hotel room.

Bigger/clearer room numbers on the doors and directions on the corridors to find your room would have been useful.

Warm welcome with cheese and wine, provided us with a city map with suggested itineraries and explained in person. The room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was very good. Walking distance to most tourist hotspots but without the crowd and noise.

EVERYTHING - the staff is the sweetest, the breakfast is great, the cleaning ladies would put little "good night cookies" with a little note, it was such a beautiful place at a great location. Just book it!

The hotel was conveniently located a short distance from the train station. We had a great dinner and lunch at two separate restaurants that were nearby the hotel.

I received a freshly renovated room with a brand new, super comfortable bed — how could I complain? One downside was the noise from street construction and workers renovating other rooms in the hotel, but that’s just temporary. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, a pleasant expérience

The room AC could have been better

No parking, we had to park 10 min walk from the hotel. No facility in the hotel. There are a few stairs at the entrance, we need to carry the bags. Still we enjoyed our stay.

Room was big enough for us 4 and luggage. We like the separation between the 2 spaces. The bathroom was also large. The breakfast is very good (European choices). Friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast was exceptional. Pancakes, granola, cookies, high quality cheese and charcuterie, all types of milk, fresh fruit, vegetables. The wine and cheese upon reception and the goodnight cookies were all great touches. I want to return. Great value for the money.
