Absolutely loved our stay here! Such a great location! Room was cozy but absolutely lovely, we loved having the balcony also. Staff were incredibly friendly and gave us a run down of the best places in the city. Would highly recommend!

Everything was amazing, clean, the hotel was close to all the tourist areas and the staff were incredibly nice and also gave us good pointers on where to eat and the must places to visit in porto ! I would 1000 % recommend to my friends and family !

Location was great, the apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful, proving lots of information and things to see, best restaurants and tips to get the best experiences for the best price. We stayed with a baby and the apartment was nice and spacious for him to crawl. Highly recommend.

We have no complaints whatsoever.

The apartment was super clean, with a smart layout to make the best of a relatively small space. We loved having a balcony, albeit tiny, as the street view and the fresh air were lovely. It was also nice to have a living room area separate from the bed area. The kitchen was well equipped, exceeding our expectations for this type of lodging. Francisca, who checked us in, was extremely helpful throughout. She gave us nice recommendations and made us feel welcome right away. This was our first time in Porto and we easily walked to most places we wanted to check out. We would come back with no hesitation!

If there was one thing it would be the stairs.

The location was excellent. Could not fault Carmo, she was the best. Had trouble with my luggage and with her help, she sorted it with the airline so I didn’t have to stress as much, Also gave us a good insight about where to go in Porto.

A bit noisy at night due to street but couldn't be helped. Stairs up were steep. Heavy suit cases were a challenge to get up.

The noise - the windows are very old so you feel like sleeping on the street which is right in the center so noisy almost all night. If you can use earplugs - its great

The location is excellent. It is close to all the main attractions and has convenient access to São Bento train station and metro. The easy to use app for entry to the building and room was great. The room was large, well furnished and the air conditioning is fantastic. I would not hesitate to return.

The hard bed

Lookation was perfect, lots of things in a radius oder 5-15min walk. Good iron and an iron board in the room. Would come again and recommend it. We stayed in the deluxe apartment.

This was a super property, modern, comfortable yet with old world charm, fabulous location and an amazing shower and super comfortable and excellent value for money. Barbara’s welcome and briefing along with her tips for restaurants and tours was phenomenal!
