A couple of things to note: the road in front of the building is narrow and busy, so stopping to unload luggage can be a challenge if you arrive by car, and parking is a bit further away. Also, while the included breakfast is very good, it’s a fixed menu served daily, which can feel repetitive on a longer stay or tricky if you have dietary restrictions. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it.

We loved our stay at Casas da Baixa. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city. The apartment was easy to access, with an elevator that made things much easier given our luggage and stroller. It was clean, bright, and in excellent condition, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The host was also very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower gel wasn’t filled or they were broken.

When I got into my apartment, there was a spider web. However, it was a minor mistake to report. Nothing is perfect. The rest was great.

The location is excellent as it is close to every attraction. The apartment is also very quiet and protected from noises coming from the street. The area also looks safe.

The apartment is in a very central area but it was really calm inside. The bed in the sleeping room was very comfortable. All was very clean. Communication with Joanna and the team was very good. There are 2 small supermarkets maybe 4/5 min away (by feet). Highly recommend this apartment and would certainly go there back again for another time one day.

Fabulous apartment in a very central location perfect for Baixa-Ciado and Alfama. Very spacious and contained everything we needed. Air conditioning was excellent and much needed in such hot weather.

The downstairs lobby looked and smelled horrible, so the first impression could have been better, not gonna lie.. 😄 Just ignore it, the apartments are way better!

The location was excellent, very central to the harbour, shops and sights. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The tramlines were going just a block from the apartment. We stayed in the 3rd floor apartment, which was clean and nice. The noice from the streets weren't bothering us, you could close the window shutters for the night. Air conditioning was a great thing to have!

We came with our son who is 28 and we expected a comfortable (double size) sofa bed for him. Instead he got a single narrow part of the sofa bed that some disappointed him.

We couldn’t find extra supplies in the unit (I.e. garbage bags). We made do but would have appreciated a couple extras of bags and coffee pods.

The location was fantastic and the unit was spacious and beautiful. We were glad the building is outfitted with an elevator.

It is quite noisy at night - but nothing some ear plugs and white noise can't solve!

Great location right in the heart of Lisbon - we could walk everywhere. Tonnes of restaurants and bars around as well as walking distance to the key sights. Apartment was great - just enough space for the two of us, bed was comfy.

Location, location, location! They are in a great spot. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apt, it was perfect. We travel with my two kids and I was able to get a crib for the baby. Their responses were fast when we had some questions. The ambiance and decor of the place were on point. I would 100% come back.

Only one dishwasher tab (not enough for a 5 day stay!) and no tea towel for drying dishes was an issue. But we managed!

This property is exceptionally well located in Lisbon but is also remarkably quiet. It is tastefully decorated and whenever we had an issue (eg kettle didn't work) they responded immediately with a replacement.

The mattress was not very comfortable. Communication in advance was a little confusing due to receiving messages from two different phone numbers, but the staff were helpful and responsive.

It was a perfect size of apartment for a short trip and suited us (couple with a baby) very well. The location was excellent with easy access to lots of different areas of the city.

Nice apartment in Lisbona center. It’s well-located, close to many attractions, restaurants. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lisbon!
