The shower was broken, the outdoor area was very dirty and not maintained well and overall everything was a bit outdated and not perfectly clean. No espresso machine.

The apartment has a great location and is very spacious. Beds were comfortable. There is a nice outdoor area to relax after a long day. It's a very nice base to explore Porto!

Not enough crockery provided. There were 3 of us staying there but only 2 mugs, 2 glasses, 1 wine glass, no washing up liquid & the bathroom door didn’t close properly.

Very good location, within walking distance to Bolhao market. Rooms were spacious with full air conditioning in both rooms. Room was generally very quiet considering close proximity to main street.

Good value overall. Located on a great pedestrian street. Easy self check-in. Sofa bed was quick and easy to assemble with blanket and pillows included. Nice bars along the street outside the apartment that close at reasonable hour. Would have liked if the apartment had ground coffee (including filters for coffee machine), milk, bottled water, etc. but unfortunately there was nothing in the fridge/cupboards. Bit of a climb to the apartment as on the 3rd floor but very manageable if no mobility issues.

Barber down below plays music which got a bit irritating but it stopped by 9pm.

Apartment was clean and well equipped - everything you needed for a short stay. The location is really central and the admin of getting in and out was easy. Very handy both for Trindade metro and the city centre. There's a supermarket in the Santa Caterina shopping centre so dead easy to pick up anything you need during your stay.

When I booked the apartment I was not made aware of being on the 3rd floor without a lift. It was a windy narrow staircase and it took a bit of effort getting the luggage up and down. Very poor lighting.

Great location, right on the main tourist strip. Close to cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Walking distance to other tourist attractions..

The bathroom could use another light, found it a bit dark on that side but not a big issue, overall the apartment is lovely.

Location was good-very central. Apartment was nice, clean, and spacious. Had everything we needed. Host easily contactable, the room was ready to check in a bit earlier which was great because we landed early morning so that was very appreciated.

Whilst the courtyard area was nice, it could have been kept a bit tidier. I would also have appreciated if the barbeque were better maintained - it would otherwise have been really nice to use.

Liked that there was no ncessary check in/out times. The rooms were cleaned and tidy. We also got a courtesy call midway through our weeklong stay with clean towels etc. The flat also had a pleasant layout and had a variety of cooking implements.

Apartment obviously hadn't been used for a while and smelt mouldy, we left windows open and it improved a bit but we both left with vicious sore throats 😢Also it would have been nice if there was coffee or water left for us. Toilet water was running permanently, shower door very fragile! No bulbs in 2 lamps. Very basic, but the location made up for it. Also through our own fault we didn't realise there was no lift to the 3rd floor. 😶

A neighbor is playing loud music from morning to night for two days in a row. Quite many mosquitoes at night, would be great if the windows are installed with some mosquito nets. Would be nice if there's more clothes hanger or drying rack for laundry.

Location is perfect for tourists, very lively street with many cafes and breakfast options. Facilities are complete and there's a huge backyard all to yourself.

Cracks on walls in bedroom, not photographed on booking.com. Shower head could do with replacing. Only 1 mirror in the apartment. Located in the. bathroom and the lighting is a bit dark. Picture had fallen down in the bedroom and not been replaced. Noisy stairwell/floorboards - noise from other apartments.

Excellent location. Easy checkin and checkout service. The company has an office so you are able to leave your bags before and after check out. Good kitchen / living space.
