    Everything fine.

The traditional furniture and location and two balconys. All facilities available. Eady check in. Handy for buses and beaches and shop.

Disappointing, inconvenient stay despite good rating. I don't recommend, especially in colder months

The hosts are a family renting the upper flat of their house, and they lack professionalism and good customer service approach in their hospitality venture. They also don't speak English and it was more difficult to communicate. Although the flat is large and it doesn't advertise any heating facilities, they should provide some for the colder months. The village is just next to the sea, so it's been humid outside and inside the house throughout the night. It was uncomfortable. The kettle was full of limescale and we didn't want to make a tea in a kettle like this. When I came back from the night swim and wanted to take shower, there was no warm water. Waited, like, 20 minutes, to no avail. My sister was having a cold at that time, so being in a humid flat, not being able to boil water and not having hot water was extremely uncomfortable. On the morning I decided to take my family away and notified Booking.com and the hostess. She was rather indifferent with little apology and wasn't even trying to stop us. Despite the inconvenience, the drive and the unpacking and re-packing, we were not given the full refund and had to fight to even get the refund for unused nights, as the family didn't want to accept their failings and were fighting back to keep the money. This flat was for 83 EUR a night, and on the next day I found a modern, better equipped apartment, in a better location in the centre of Luz, and with air conditioning, with a much friendlier and guest-oriented host, for 80 EUR a night. In short, I won't be coming back and I don't recommend staying in this flat. But I also understand that people may have had different experience here, in the summer.

The flat was large and all of us 3 had a room for themselves. 200m away, going down to the beach, there is one of the best Indian I've eaten. The hostess was trying to fix the hot water issue on the next day, but we decided that's not how a holiday stay should look like and I cancelled the rest (2 or 3 nights) of our stay there.
