Only 1 aircon in the lounge, not in the bedrooms, but we only stayed a short while, so it was sufficient for that stay.

The breakfast option which is now available. Lovely pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice.. Hosts were extremely hospitable. Apartment was clean neat and tidy. Hosts were available at all times.Lovely swimming pool area with lots of Lounges...

Nothing, it was quiet but I liked that.

15 minutes walk from a supermarket, 10 mins uber at peak times from the old town. Pool was nice, quiet, rooms are great, very nice bed clothes, proper duvet and pillows. Staff were outstanding.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed, even though there are a few apartments in the complex it's very private, and never felt crowded. The grounds and pool were fantastic and the pool table, tennis table and tennis court were a great pass time for our 14 year old. It was spotlessly clean, great buffet breakfast available, supermarket is 15 min walk and three resturaunts within 10 min walk. Albuferia old town was 5 mins drive, Ubers are always available and so cheap. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will definatley stay again, we loved it.😊

Hosts Nihad and Laxmi couldn’t do enough for us. Apartment was spacious, location a little out of town but property is self-contained and a Bolt taxi to town or beach is cheap. There are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

At the reception welcoming was so friendly. And they made full excursion about the facilities and showd us what is ok and what is not. After the excursion I had nothing else to do that just thank for everything:)

Not really within walking distance of local restaurants in the heat and with young family members. Had to use taxis for restaurant outings!

Ours was a only 1 night stay due to flight issue. We did not intend to cook. The hob was a 2 ring cooker and if I was going to be cooking all the time I might find it a little restrictive. Most would be fine with it. But one of the local restaurants recommended by staff only 500m up the road (Tasca da Xica) turned out to be the best of our entire holiday.

Breakfast was very good. My kids especially liked the variety in the buffet. Bed very comfortable. Aircon was quick to cool down the Apt. I guess the very friendly staff was the bit that you remember most.

Very quiet during the day around pool area. No lifeguard at the pool.

The property is 2k out side of old town. We used bolt and also walked into old town some of the days. When we return we would rent out a car as there is parking facilities on site.

The most beautiful hidden gem in Portugal 🇵🇹 my kids loved the pool area always very quit and never any problems with them. Loads of sun beds to relax. The tennis courts was also a huge hit with them. Nothing was ever an issue for the staff they were so kind and welcoming to us all. We got late check in and that was also No issue. Beautiful flowers and plants around the villa and always loads of work being done to upgrade the property. But it never interfered with us. Everything was spotless clean and we got the use of the gym as well. We will definitely be returning with our family.

Holiday in June. The hosts were extremely welcoming and kind. The apartment number 3 on ground floor was clean and spacious with everything we needed. The bar and pool area was quiet and had a very homely feeling. Breakfast was lovely. Super block beer on tap. We stayed for 5 nights and had car hire which was handy due to location. However ubers are reasonably priced and readily available. We loved the location, quiet and relaxing but not too far away. You can tell the owners are striving to improve the hotel all the time with little renovation work, also trying to make every guest happy. We loved our holiday and will return again.
