Nothing major just a few little things that for me would make it better like loungers on the balcony instead of the chairs & bench and some shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries but really that’s just me being a bit picky

The view is amazing really couldn’t hope for better and for a small studio it was very well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and the added touch of leaving little condiments was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Also the area is lovely with lots of little cafes and restaurants - simply lovely.

Too far for big supermarkets. Plus the infestation of ants was irritating. Also the coffee machine leaked. They were told by me on my second or third day about the problems but didn't do anything about it. That said my experience overall was positive

There was a smell of drains which did not clear for my entire stay. I was out during the day and had balcony door open when there in the evenings so it didn't spoil my holiday but definitely an annoyance. Also the electricity went off when kettle and toaster on together. Just a matter of switching the switch back on in the fusebox .No biggy but worth a mention.

Fantastic location.Close to shops and restaurants and a supermarket downstairs. Lovely balcony with views of the sea.

I had to replace the shower head, as the existing one was blocked and did not spray. Also during rainy periods the roof leaked in the shower room. At night the sound of the dripping interfered with sleep. I informed the maintainance man about this issue.

Waking up to that beautiful view every day. Location right on the front and central to all bars and restaurants. Fresh produce market nearby as well as supermarket on our doorstep. Our favourite restaurant was the Europa.

The apartment doors didn’t lock, a sun lounger would be useful. If there was a washing machine it would be great.

The location & view was excellent, all bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarket was at your doorstep. The view from the apartment was amazing, one of the best around.

What a beautiful experience with Algartur, the studio was exactly as described,the location was perfect. All communication with Algartur was excellent both via mail and at their office in Tavira,special mention for Diana,she was really excellent.

Location was great! But would have been nice to have been told about all the construction going on the whole month we were there! Very disappointed. We had to move rooms to have rooms painted. But not told about the hammering, drilling, jack hammering, was so bad we had to leave every day to get away from the noise. No time to sit quiet on the balancy either the construction and the music from the workers! Just think you should let your customers know.

Could do with larger fitted sheets on the mattresses. Water tends to come up from the drain in the kitchen floor from time to time when poured down the sink. These are very minor issues and only being mentioned to assist the owners. Did not affect the quality of our stay

The position of the property is second to none. The large balcony and amazing view of the Ria and beyond is spectacular. It was well provided for with all necessary appliances, utensils etc.

Apartment very cluttered; Definitely need to get rid of the ad-hoc breakfast bar. Shower drain was completely blocked on the first day (which flooded the entire apartment). This was promptly but temporarily fixed, but afterwards still drained so slowly, that we couldn’t use it for more than a minute before it started overflowing the shower tray again and flooded the bathroom . We were somewhat ‘surprised’ after initially booking with Booking.com, to discover we had to pay a hefty ‘deposit-retainer’ fee to Agutur (in case we left any garbage bags or failed to wash any utensils etc). This was a little unnerving, and I felt the need to take a video recording of the apartment on the day we left, in order to safeguard our deposit. Not something we have ever felt the need to do elsewhere. The sun screen (sail) on the balcony unfortunately makes walking around on the small balcony very difficult, as much of it is below shoulder height (some of it only waist height)

I hated the fact that my apartment was the only finished one in the block and the apartments either side of me were still being renovated. I had been told there would be ‘painting’ going on but, in reality, there was drilling, hammering and a tile cutting machine that were used SEVEN days a week. As well as loud music and poor singing from the builders. There were building materials all over the communal area, trip hazards at the top of the stairs and limited space to exit the building due to scaffolding. I complained to Algartur and Booking.com on a regular basis but neither showed any interest or did anything to assist me.
