The shower needs deep cleaning. Not enough dishes or utensils.

The location was great. Close to markets, restaurants, tourist spots, and cafes. Easy access to tourist market and train station.

Only downsides to this property were that I would’ve appreciated some water in the fridge when I arrived as lots of properties in Portugal do this with it advised not to drink the tap water. It meant having to walk to the shop as soon as I got there after a long journey! As well as this, somewhere close by has music that goes on during the day and until around 11pm with a base which can make it difficult to sleep if you’re an early sleeper!

My stay was perfect for what I needed. No nonsense approach, easy check in but people on hand if ever required. The room was great, very clean and spacious with gorgeous Portuguese features like the wooden window shutters. Great location, very central and not up a steep hill! Would recommend to others

It was a bit noisy till late during the night, we were very tired so it wasnt an issue. Maybe not for light sleepers.

We stayed for 7 nights and I was expecting to have the room set up with extra supplies for the week, like towel, dish cloth, toilet paper etc… Also the appartement need a bit of love. There are a lot of mold in the shower, some light bulb were missing..

Location was magnificent, in fact, perfect, also, there is an extremely clean property with a lift and everything you would need from our apartment of this size, self-contained kitchen, comfortable, queen bed, air conditioning etc.

Would not be a better location than this place, which was extremely clean and also had everything one would need from a property of this size. Very good value.

A bit too many stairs to our apartment on the 3rd floor, we should have looked into this a bit further, and opted for a lower floor rather than a city view, but we are in our 60s I don’t think it would be an issue for the younger folks

The property was tired and furnished fairly budget. The first day the cleaner came into the room and the “please clean my room” sign disappeared so wasn’t cleaned again for the week despite reassurances from the staff it would be. We didn’t see any staff at all but you could communicate via WhatsApp.

I was there for 3 nights, housekeeping came only after the first night. The place is overall great, but maybe in the future they could replace the psqueaky wooden floors :)

Kitchen very well equipped, the apartment was spacious. Alex was very nice - made sure to be there when I'm arriving, showed me a map and answered questions.

The TV didn’t work, the 4th floor location was like being in a sauna during the heatwave. The AC helped but it was too hot to sleep.

Many furniture objects were very flimsy, such as chairs which had loose nails and assembled loosely. Things could’ve been easily broken with simple use, keep an eye out for this when staying over!

It was fine, it served the purpose of a one night transit in between hotels. It's basic, an apartment, and great for the value.

One of our kitchen chairs was broken and the others were very wobbly. We told staff about the broken chair but they didn’t replace it while we were there. Luckily no one sat on it.

Amazing location. Staff were very kind and responsive over WhatsApp. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was extremely well equipped.
