We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely fitted our needs , 100%. Spotlessly clean, no wonder as diligently cleaned every day.... Room was perfect....roomy, as was bathroom....2 min walk from centre, no noise pollution even though a fabulous restaurant attached to it.....could not recommend higher....❤️

Easy check in process & good to be able to park at the back. Room small but functional with a kettle (buy your own coffee etc) cups, spoons & fridge. Large bathroom with walk in shower, good water pressure (1st Floor), quality towels & shower gel/soap provided. Beds were comfortable with lights & sockets near. Good thick black out curtains & excellent air-conditioning. Balcony was furnished with table & chairs. Some noise heard from kitchen fans (we were room 106) but didn't bother us. Lift available with access using room card. Great location, within walking distance to bars/restaurants (good restaurant on site). Alvor is beautiful, we are frequent visitors & would stay here again.

Excellent accommodation right in the center of alvor. This is our 10th time in Alvor but first time in Buganvilia. Ideal location. Right in the village and a short 10-15 min walk from the beach. It was a budget option for us however it was exceptionally clean and had a lovely balcony, good air-conditioning and a small fridge...all you need. We had a late flight home and the lady let us use our room and check out late at 7pm, completely free of charge. Additionally they have their own restaurant which is a very popular choice in Alvor. Would definitely stay again.😊
