Hotel name did not correspond to the hotel name on the booking leading to some confusion. Location for the village was excellent, however the village itself provided very little. Although, well located for reaching Albufeira and the surrounding water parks. Cleaning staff in the morning could do with a trolley as not to have loads of bags scattered in the corridor.

Hotel was nice, clean and well kept. Staff had difficulty locating my booking but did in the end. Swimming pools were very nice.

A clean, welcoming room with bed configuration as requested. Patio door leads to a pleasant patio and pool area. A reasonably priced buffet breakfast is available. Common areas inside and out for gatherings. A nice property professionally maintained and managed.

the bathroom was dirty and the sink was clogged. Also there were only 3 channels on tv with poor quality

The gardeners were very loud for several hours on of the days, but the manager was very kind about it. It was just one of those things!

There was no kettle in the room. Tiny space for people to walk around the room; the distance between the end of the beds to the wall is too close. The cleanliness of the room could be improved; some dust on the lamp and flies in the room.

The hotel is pretty new, with a nice pool and garden. Parking space just outside the hotel.

Just like in all the hotels we've been in during our trip, also here you can have problematic guests that feel the need to talk to a person on the other side of the hallway by yelling. So the doors and walls are not soundproof, but honestly it's the other guests' fault it was noisy in the morning, not the hotel's fault.

New rooms with all you need. Also the hotel itself has a nice design. It offers 2 very nice pools. You have parking, a cute cafe and even the post office near by. You get all you need at a great price.

Tv poor picture (more up to date required) no tea coffee facility in rooms. Mentioned that our 47th wedding anniversary during our stay. Thought maybe some gesture 🤔 (nothing!!not even a verbal, Happy anniversary. Feeling of lack of interest 😕 could be more attentive and a little more friendly to guests. Overall, disappointed 😞

We were unfortunate to have 2 power cuts just as I needed to charge my phone and use the WiFi. When I checked in I was told that I had breakfast included. However, when I checked out, this was not the case and I was charged EUR 18 for two breakfasts that I would not have had, had I known the price. Particularly as they had ran out of bacon an hour before breakfast closed on the second day.

It was comfortable and in a good location for my visit to see a friend who lives nearby.
