We were sent instructions by WhatsApp about keys and entered the property easily. We only stayed one night but the apartment was well equipped for a longer stay with cooking facilities, microwave, coffee machine. The air conditioning worked well. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and a short walk from the historic centre. We parked outside over night but during the day maximum parking time is 2h.

The wifi wasn’t always dependable.

The apartment is well outfitted and on a quiet street that is near the Palacio de Cristal. Very nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Although there is a washing machine there is not place to dry the clothes but there are washing stations close if you really need to wash anything. For us this was not a showstopper.

Clean and spacious. Communication with the host went well and answered everything very fast. Apartment is really cozy and close to the Super Bock arena where you wander about in the huge Jardins do Palácio de Cristal.

Good location just outside the city center. At first glance, it didn't seem like an interesting neighborhood, but then something else came into play, lots of small shops and galleries. Convenient to have locals at restaurants and enjoy socializing with them. Large apartment with everything you need and a friendly host.

Some fixtures and fittings are a little run down but that happens over time. Maybe a little renovation will help. Also the property is not very sound proof. The area around is quiet but the other guests in neighbouring apartments were sometimes quite loud pretty late into the night. It says quite hours between 10 and 6 and so that’s what we were expecting but the first two nights our neighbours talked very loud until 2-3 am so we had to sleep with ear plugs. This was not particularly pleasant. But other than that everything else was quite amazing - our apartment was big, well-lit, warm (we were there in winter), the staff was friendly and helpful, the hosts replied promptly and we had a wonderful trip.

The location is fantastic and the apartments are clean and spacious. The staff is helpful and informative. The beds are very comfortable.

Regardless of how careful we were with the shower, we couldn't keep some of the water from coming out the end of the shower.

Good location, about a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. Coffee shops, small market, hospital, and park, all right there. Arrived very late from airport, we were met promptly for a friendly and informative check in. Small kitchenette is adequate, beds were comfortable, place was clean. It was everything we needed.

The two persons we communicate with for the apartment were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and calm, you have everything you need in it, close to everything and very well located. Highly recommended and a very good value for the money.
