- Bathroom is tiny, not really pleasant to take a shower. There’s no window in the bathroom, so it can get very humid as well - No air conditioning in the room, so it is really hot in the afternoon since the only window is facing west

- Common area is really cozy, we love the coffee & tea station - Very nice location, walkable distance to the center with restaurants, bars and beach - In front of the sea with a beautiful sunset view - Great soundproof, we barely hear the neighbors, but you can still hear the noise from the corridor - Owner is very reactive on WhatsApp, cleaning lady is also super helpful and friendly

There was one common balcony for 3 rooms and it can be a bit annoying for non smokers. My neighbors smoked every morning and I had to keep my windows closed not to get smell in my room

Loved this place! The location is perfect, and the ocean view from the balcony was unreal. The whole vibe of the accommodation was great—super clean, spacious, and had everything you need. Falling asleep to the sound of waves was the best part. Easy access by car and everything in Ericeira is within walking distance.

This place was the highlight of our trip in Portugal! The hotel was great, the view of the ocean was amazing and the sunsets were really special. The beds were super comfortable and the coffee was excellent. I think I will always book this place when I come back to Ericeira. It is super super clean and everyone that works there is sound.

Pillows a bit lumpy. Can be noisy due to doors slamming (wind related) and early morning cleaning, banging etc so hard to have a sleep in. Bring earplugs to soften the blow 😊

Dark plastic balcony chairs can make your white clothes black :(( Luckily, the host reacted fast and drycleaned my pants (stains went out, 🤞). Balcony is shared with 3 rooms, each has 2-3 chairs in front of the doors, but no tables, so it's a bit uncomfortable if you want to drink coffee or read a book or have some wine while watching the ocean. There is a coffeepoint downstairs (for coffee and tea), but there is no cattle to make hot water, only coffee machine.

The location is amazing!! The hotel looks very clean and well designed. We stayed in the room #1 and it was amazing. Everything has small details (like clean small hand towels in the bathroom, books, hats, places to dry clothes). Loved our stay! Host is also very nice and helpful.

Shared balcony, very basic coffee/tea bar. You get a room and a tiny bathroom. Some towels as well. If you are expecting more you will be disappointed.

Location was great, and the view was gorgeous. Easy to message the staff on whatsapp. Nice staff. Easy access to the property and your room (passcode on the doors).
