United KingdomThe only slight negatives I would say is the air conditioning was not easy to operate, so I just left the window open. And perhaps the bathrooms need to be updated. However it was very large and had all the things you would expect to find and actually some you wouldn't (bathroom scales!!).
The hotel is located a short metro ride from the centre of Porto. We found the metro clean, safe and a very convenient way to get around. We stayed on the executive floor (allocated randomly on arrival) and the rooms were lovely and big. Beds were very comfortable and the staff were great. We were moving to another part of Porto the next day and the staff even let us leave our bags at the hotel desk until we could check in to our new accommodation!! Amazing service :)

CanadaLocation is just a 25min walk down to the river , where to portwine cellars are and then to cross the Bridge into oldtown Porto, or metro station just outside hotel. Easy parking at hotel. Great Restaurant on 10th floor with spectacular view. Dinner was execptional.

United KingdomThe room was somewhat dated and it did not have a USB socket The shower was in the bath and it was very claustrophobic. There were no tissues in the room. No bottled water, and considering it is a 4* hotel there were no tea and coffee making facilities In total, the hotel was OK, but the lack of amenities does not reflect a 4* hotel
The room was spacious and clean. We had two large single beds and it was quiet. The breakfast was included in the price and it was great looking out from the 8th floor while having a glass of orange juice and some nice toast. The bar was OK, but it was a bit of a rip off having to pay for a few peanuts. The price is OK considering the location and it's great having a metro stop out side.
